I am new to sea moss gel and love it!
I am new to sea moss gel. After a near death health setback I wanted to replenish my body with something more than vitamins supplements that we lose most of during urination. The taste is great! The consistency is like a cross between fruity baby food and apple sauce. I've tried mango pineapple, and strawberry so far and both have a really good taste. No fishy after taste or anything like that. I've been taking faithfully for over a month and will continue! I highly recommend True Sea Moss brand!

I received my order promptly and it’s delicious
I received my order promptly and a tracking number sent to me from the start and it was delivered as expected. However, one of the jars were broken and it was resolved via their AI customer service support. Now I’m waiting for it to be delivered.
I must say though that the product taste absolutely delicious. I ordered the mango pineapple, soursop and the 5 in 1 immune support (unfortunately the broken bottle). The other two taste fantastic. I had to eat more than the suggested amount on the bottle.
I will write another review after a few weeks.

Good customer service
As many of the reviews state, I received a broken jar of sea moss. I reached out to the team with a reference to my order number and pictures. The team said they would send out a replacement. The jars should be better protected for delivery and marked as fragile to prevent broken jars to expecting customers.

One of the jars in my order was damaged in transit. I was immediately offered a replacement or a refund. The replacement arrived less than a week later. The customer service was so responsive and helpful.

I just email to let them know the issue and got email back and the problem solved within 5 mins... not like the other I have to wait for day to get it resolved ....
