Actually this was the best interaction ive ever had with a company over an issue, ordered a few jars of sea moss and one of my jars arrived broken in the package and I contacted customer support sending a photo of the jar broken inside the packaging they got back to me literally within seconds and were so genuine within the entire interaction they made it simple and easy and already placed the order hassle free and shipping me a replacement jar this was the fastest and kindest care I’ve ever encountered and really was refreshing! Normally it can be frustrating contacting customer support trying to resolve issues or replace damage products can be such a headache and stressful dealing with other businesses in the past making you months so many hoops that it can make you give up altogether and in this case I was blown away almost grateful that the jar was damaged cuz it gave me the opportunity to see what this companies made of and I am still astonished in the best way of how they handled me and how easy it was to fix the problem! I said everyone makes mistakes accidents happen it’s how you handle it that makes the difference and this company single handed it renewed my faith in business dealings and set a high bar that I wish all companies would follow their lead cuz this way if I could date 0-10 it would be an 11 they went above and beyond handling my situation with such ease and compassion really refreshing gave me all good vibes and confidence in them as a company I have just tried my first taste of the pineapple sea moss and I love it!! I’ll be taking it regularly praying for results and better health if the way they spoke to me and handled this issue reflection their product then I am even more excited to consume their products and hopeful for good healthy outcomes! I could literally write a book worth of a review right now based off the interaction I just had and I’ll keep it short. I can’t review on the product itself as I just received my package today, however, 1 of my jars came damaged and spilled everywhere. I was afraid it would be a hassle to get a replacement but customer service responded right away and resolved all issues! Excellent customer service!

I had such high hopes. “Cherry” sounded like a delicious way to get some extra minerals into my diet. Instead, I discovered that apparently the ocean has a basement.

The cherry flavor doesn’t mask the taste…it simply introduces itself before the overwhelming essence of fish tank, seaweed, and low tide takes over. I swear I could still taste it 24 hours later. I wasn’t digesting it; I was haunted by it.

Then came the surprise sequel: an unexpected $35 charge because I had somehow been enrolled in a subscription I don’t remember signing up for. Customer service did cancel the subscription, so credit where it’s due. But they refused to take back the second unopened jar that is still sitting in its original box. So now I’m the proud owner of two jars of what can only be described as aquarium pudding.
If you love the taste of licking Poseidon’s basement floor, this product may be for you.

Everyone communicated well and the package was quickly shipped and with great care in packaging. I loved my sea moss gummies as well and am ordering some of those for when we travel. Nice soursop sea moss too!
