Sea moss was very good however with my second delivery one of the jars came broken but the support team responded so quickly and within MINUTES of emailing them with the issue they were sending me a new jar

I received a broken container, they responded with prompt care. The level of customer service given was amazingly great, it was fast, effortless, and very efficient! Not only is the customer service great so is the product!

I used to buy it from another company, but it took them months to deliver it, and the jars were often broken. I was so impressed with your product that I cleaned the jar completely because it was so good!

I don’t know if that is a right rating. I am just not happy. I had high hopes for the product. I recently had something like five strokes. I can’t walk and I can’t use my left hand. I don’t know if the product could work for someone else. It just didn’t work for me.

My experience with customer service was above and beyond ! I wish I could give it 10 stars! I was so nervous because during the purchase process I paid before realizing that the address had auto filled to my previous address. I was terrified that changing that information after making that purchase was going to be extremely hard to the point that I was dreading it. I got help IMMEDIATELY. Just simply chatting with the 24 hour assistant I was able to let them know what happened, they paused my order while I changed the address and then added the new one and then un paused my order ! It was all of like literally 1 min. No lie maybe less ! So easy ! I thought it would take all night to fix and it took less than a min of communication. I'm going to be a long term customer! Love this for me !

I've received a couple of orders prior to this last one without incident, however this order I received came damaged and broken. I took pictures of the package which I figured happened during delivery, no fault of the company, but thought I would give it a shot and let them know. I sent a message and attached pictures. To my surprise I almost immediately got a response back. Not many companies are that responsive so quickly, if at all. They quickly made sure of what product was damaged and what address I wanted them to send a replacement. The customer service is amazing and I was blessed to have such regards to my issue. I definitely love the products and will continue to be a loyal customer who recommends your products to everyone!! God bless you all! Superb service!!

My experience with true sea moss has been great! They answer extremely fast which I wasn’t expecting at all. usually I have to wait so long to hear back from companies but they are the opposite of that! And my package came damaged and they were able to help me out right away and find a solution. would definitely recommend purchasing from them. the product also is pretty yummy especially the gummies!

I needed to cancel my subscriptions for personal reason, and the chat made it very easy to do so without trying to convince me other offers to stay. I appreciate the immediate cancellation. If my situation change I will gladly return to ordering.

I was impressed that the True Sea Moss was so well made. One of my flavors I did not like as much, however that was the one with Spiraillina and was too strong for my tast. Loved the raspberry. It is amazing taste for a sea weed based product. My 2 jars came very well wrapped and shipped with no incident. Care was taken in the packaging and they are in "Glass Bottles". Perfect choice! Best of luck with such a "healthy" and amazing nutrition daily for everyone. I normally clean and make my own Irish Sea Moss and add to my am Protein Shake.Brilliant company and Love their idea here and will try other flavors as I go.

Even tho I was frustrated that I paid $120 for 3, yes 3 orders when I only wanted one to try it the team member gave me some smoothie ideas that I will use. Thank you.

Hey I just recieved my order, unfortunately I jar was shattered, picked up the tele started a chat with the company! Boom there shipping out a replacement. Took all but 30 seconds. Great customer service. Can't wait to rave about the product and benefits

While I have not yet ordered additional product, I do want to give a huge shout out to the support staff. I had issues with links in an email while attempting to adjust my account. I receive a response from Support in a few hours with clear option for how to resolve the issue and make my changes. Encountering such excellent service is not common and greatly appreciated.

I love these products not only do they taste amazing but also make you feel amazing and their customer service is excellent. I only wish shipping would be faster so that the products would have less chances of being damaged since they are in a glass jar or maybe packed better with foam instead of bubble wrap
