I only wish shipping would be faster so that the products would have less chances of being damaged since they are in a glass jar or maybe packed better with foam instead of bubble wrap

I MUST say this has been the BEST…
I MUST say this has been the BEST experienced by far in trying something different that does your body GOOD! I truly didn't know what to expect from the taste factor, but I must say it was surprisely delicious! I enjoyed every drop of it! I can see the difference it has made in my digestion system as well as some other things like my gut. Ive been using it now for over a month. I just want to say thank you!

Product is good / Autoship is Automatic
Product is pretty good, a little “ocean” taste but not bad. I do a straight from the spoon, my husband adds it to his smoothie.
Customer service is amazing… they helped me get the auto shipment set to where I needed it, and answered all of my questions. May have been AI or automated answers as they were so quick!
Not impressed with the autoship… when ordering it’s an automatic auto ship set up, you have to turn it off (I did not see this option) so watch for that.

Very prompt customer service as part of my order arrived crushed. I always take pictures and they added a replacement to the cue to fulfill my order. I purchased a jar of the mango pineapple in-store a few weeks ago and figured I would check out the website and buy direct. I ordered a mango pineapple, passionfruit, soursop, and the gummies.

I love the taste of the product. So far so good with the health benefits. One of my 2 jars were broken. Customer service quickly sent a new order. I have noticed a lot of people have had broken jars upon arrival. Should possibly rethink how your packing the jars.

I recently noticed I was being charged Monthly for the Sea Moss Gel. I only wanted to try it once to see if I liked it and I actually like their gummies better. So I reached out to True Sea Moss as soon as I saw and noticed a second jar was purchased automatically . They were very helpful and prompt and immediately refunded me and also assured me the subscription was canceled and were polite. I will continue to get their gummies in the future. Great custservice!!
Have been taking 2 tablespoons of sea moss daily for a month. I have enjoyed the taste so far and as I am not able to be very mobile due to recent surgery, I am able to maintain my weight. But the best part is that in my last shipment, one of the bottles had broken and leaked in the box. A quick note to customer service and there is a new jar on the way!

My order was placed on Thursday and delivered by Saturday. 2 of my 4 jars arrived broken and within minutes of if contacting them a new order was placed and I was given a new confirmation #.
