Well the impressions have arrived at the trusmile office, now the anticipation of getting my new veneers.The process has been really smooth. Iv ask a lot of questions, and have gotten a quick response every time. They have answers my question and added my notes to my file. The costumer service has been great. Don’t waste your money they are cheaply made and break easy. They don’t replace them like they say they will.I got my veneers and two times they split and separated and came apart. The first time it was replaced as stated in their warranty the second time they said I had to pay for the replacement and according to the policy, it says that this will be replaced if it falls within the 120 day. Which it did, but they did not follow that And said I had to pay so the customer service and the quality of the product was poor very easy to break and I didn’t even eat with them or do anything rough
