If I could give 0 stars, I would, they take forever to respond. They are not helpful they are rude and condescending and Judgmental. They don't respond back to you. If you send in a mold or a dental cast to help aid in the process they won't return it to you unless you harass them and nag them. then they make you pay $26 to get it back. They don't follow through. Or keep to payment plans or agreements?. They are absolutely the worst, and i mean the worst company i've ever had to deal with.

Was easy to work with once I got the hang of it! I did have to do them a few times the impressions. That was due to user error. The process was great once I got them right impressions I was able to get them accepted pretty quickly.
