Eigentlich ist die Zahlung mit Trustly…
Eigentlich ist die Zahlung mit Trustly meine pers. Nr. 1, aber aktuell ist bei einer Einzahlung an einen Händler der Betrag nicht angekommen, jedoch als Soll von meinem Kto abgebucht. Das nur aufgrund dessen, das die Internetverbindung nicht stabil war. Es ist nicht fortschrittlich das der Betrag nt automatisch dem Bezahler wieder gut geschrieben wird, ich muss schauen wie ich den Support bei Trustly erreiche. Mein Geld hängt in der Luft, und so etwas darf bei einem Zlgs. Dienstleister nt passieren, diese Situation muss technisch aus den Kinderschuhen raus. Man verliert das Vertrauen, zack is die Kohle weg u. ich überlege Trustly nicht mehr zu verwenden. Geld ist auch Vertrauenssache.

Am Montag 14.02.22 bei Platincasino 2555,00 euro gewonnen. Platincasino sagt es wurde verbucht am 14.02.22(ausbezahlt) bis jetzt ist bei mir nichts eingegangen via Trustly !!

A bank transfer generally takes 1-2 banking days (weekends and public holidays excluded). With that being said, our role as a payment provider is strictly limited to the technical processing of the transaction, and therefore you do not have any customer account with us and we do not have access to the merchant's systems or your account with them, which is why we kindly ask that you contact them directly should you have any issues or questions regarding your withdrawal.
Please note that a payout is sent directly from the merchant back to your bank account, without stop at Trustly.
Therefore we recommend that you reach out to the merchant and let them investigate this further.

Vorsicht ❗️Trustly ist keine sofort Zahlung auch wenn die damit werben. Einzahlungen dauern immer Stunden-Tagen bis das Geld beim Kunden ist. Am besten Trustly meiden und auf andere anbieten zugreifen, da funktioniert wenigstens die sofort Zahlungen. Für Leute die im Onlinecasino spielen nicht zuempfehlen.Man will ja sofort zocken und nicht 2 Tage später.Der größte Mist. Anhand der Kommentare sehe ich dass ich richtig lag

Kann jedem nur Raten lasst die Finger weg von Trustly heute etwas bezahlt das Geld wurde auch direkt abgezogen aber es wurde keinerlei Zahlung an den Händler weitergeleitet absolute Frechheit.Lest euch die Kommentare durch praktisch habt ihr eine 50:50 Chance das es gut geht oder eben nicht.Wie sich sowas unter den Zahlungsdienstleister halten kann ist mir unbegreiflich und es liegt natürlich nicht am Händler mit sofortüberweisung.de oder paydirekt funktionieren die Zahlungen immer reibungslos.Also ich nutze den Dienst nicht mehr kann jeden nur warnen.

Wenn ihr gerne mehrere Tage auf über Überweisung, Auszahlung oder ähnliches wartet ist trustly super.
Wenn ihr das schnell erledigt haben wollt, benutzt auf keinen Fall trustly!!! Tagelanges Warten ist bei Trustly ganz normal. Absolut unverständlich wie trustly sich auf so vielen Websiten als Zahlungsmethode durchsetzen konnte, weil es einfach Müll ist.

A payout is sent directly from the merchant back to your bank account, without stop at Trustly. We do not hold your funds.
We recommend that you reach out to the merchant and request a payout receipt, which you can provide your bank with. They will be able to investigate this further.

Nicht Verwenden!
Ich habe mir gestern etwas über trustly für rund 320€ gekauft. Betrag wurde direkt abgebucht aber bis heute wurde noch nichtmal eine automatische E-Mail geschickt, dass diese Transaktion durchgeführt wurde oder ähnliches. Geld auf der Seite wo ich Guthaben aufladen wollte über Trustly ist immernoch nicht da. Lasst die Finger von diesem Anbieter!
