When u apply for homeaglow, most first they talk you into purchasing more than you want. I wanted to send a $19 cleaning, they told me that I was getting a 3 hour cleaning. The day of my cleaning I found out that I was getting 2 cleaners, which would make it only 1 1/2 hours of cleaning and not the 3 hours I contracted with. The cleaners were rushing because they showed up late, I had 2 help the other cleaner where to park. She actually didn’t speak English. When we finally got back 2 my house, I told the cleaner that I wanted her to use my cleaning products and went into my room so they can clean. It’s been about 1 hour and when I came out my living room, they were gone!!! I called them and they said they were finished!!! I said you’re finished??? She said yes!!! I said you came late and left early also they didn’t even use my cleaning supplies??? And she said yes. I called the company to complain. They just said sorry. I requested a complete refund and cancel the subscription t didn’t want in the 1st place. And it was a fight 2 get the cancellation and refund. Don’t do it. They made you think ur getting 3 hours of cleaning but your not. They’re not because they lying!!! Save your money and do spend it with Home a glow!!!

Predatory and deceptive - Avoid them!

When I signed up for their service, I was told I could ​“cancel at any time” and that it was ​“fully refundable.” This is a lie. When I tried to cancel, they charged me a $105 "early termination fee".

The service ends up costing MUCH more than I would have paid for similar services from an honest provider. They charged me a $59/month membership fee - IN ADDITION to the cost of the cleanings, which was already close to market rate. On top of that, they charged me a $25 "transaction fee" for one of the cleanings, without explanation.

The company was just fined $2.3M by the State of Washington for their deceptive practices. Honestly it's a crime that they're allowed to continue doing business at all. Protect yourself - avoid these scammers.

This company scammed me debited my card for 19.00 then 59.00 monthly fee then 105.00 twice because I didn’t want do business with them reported them to bbb they don’t have a number to call they email you they foreigners and they scammed me

The employee called me at 9:39am Aug29. The number is +12548575220. They called to remind me about the cleaning they will be doing. I told them I want a deep clean done and am willing to pay more for the cleaning. I was moving out of my previous place. Their services were periodic cleaning. I wanted a deep clean. They told me to cancel the appointment i booked through the website. I cancelled and booked the deep clean through phone call. I was promised my services to be done between 12:00pm-2:00pm Aug30. Noon passed and cleaner didn't come. I called them to check but to no avail. Additionally they proceeded to book appointments to my registered email in their website, they also gave me a 4hr voucher in their website for reasons I don't about. They also named my booking i made, 4hr Voucher. Which was clearly not what I purchased through the website.
The promised services were not delivered And this company tried to scam me out of $41.87.

Beware of Homeaglow and Bubly Cleaning’s deceptive business practices. Their promotional voucher is a trap—what appears to be a simple discount quietly locks you into a 6-month subscription and charges a cancellation fee, even if you cancel after just one cleaning. I’m someone who reads the fine print, and even I was misled.

The cleaning itself was fine, but the surrounding business model is built on misleading tactics. This is not a service built on transparency or customer trust—it's a subscription trap in disguise. Proceed with extreme caution.
