Try Balanced Bewertungen 

The one star is less about the supplement not working for my teen (not every product is going to work for everyone's needs, and I understand that) and much more about the fact that Balanced refused to honor their money-back guarantee. Their website says, "Try it risk free for 30 days. No questions asked." But when I emailed to share that it hadn't worked after a month - and in fact had increased my son's sense of feeling scattered - they asked, "How did he take it?" When I replied that he took 2 capsules every morning at breakfast - just as the instructions say - they pointed to a website that says you can take 2 capsules at breakfast or space them throughout the day, told me that he hadn't taken it properly, so they wouldn't offer the refund. So, be forewarned. If the product works for you, that's lovely. If it doesn't, and you want to take advantage of the guarantee they tout, don't expect that to work either.

Have been having trouble feeling rested after sleep for a couple years now
Was sleeping +7h on the reg but mornings felt super heavy
Combined CTRL with pre-sleep meditation and it worked wonders
Had meditated in the past but wasn’t being able to feel my baseline go down like before
I do have 100x more work stress, so feel like CTRL gave me that umph I needed
Reason I’m leaving the review is because the product was damaged during shipping, and Claire helped send a replacement + gift for wait time and was mega nice

The company communicates well and while the order took longer than I had expected I was informed along the way of any delays that occurred. I have just started the supplement so I have no review yet regarding efficacy but the order and shipping experience went well.

Bummed that the supplements were shipped from China. CTRL Packaging says formulated in USA but apparently sourced from China. I should have researched more before purchasing. Hesitant to try them not being sure of the quality.

My order showed up. Packaging is nice. Currently on day 4 so results are pending

Shipping was very slow. Packaging looks to be radically improved, no sticky capsules.

This company sells total SHIT! They use cheap packaging, which has an overpoweringly chemical smell. I dumped it in the trash. There’s no way I’m putting that shit in my body. Then it was just one hassle after another, trying to get a refund. 1000 thumbs down!

My product came when it was supposed to but all the soft gels were melted together in one big clump

All 3 packs have the capsules stuck together. Seems of have been exposed to heat. Not sure if it’s safe to take.

This is a good product, the company does a really good job!

I greatly appreciate a company willing to put people ahead of just making money. These companies such as Balanced are rare and should be supported by us the consumer. Two thumbs up to you Balanced!!

All the gel capsules in the 3 pack i purchased were stuck together into one large matted mess ?? Not sure they're still good??

Awful. The smell and taste are unbearable. I’ve never had a supplement leave such a horrible aftertaste that lingers. Of course, I bought multiple bags because of their “deals” and now I’m stuck with them because they won’t let you return anything, even if it’s unopened. Not impressed. Terrible service. Terrible product. If you need an alternate, Belano brand doesn’t have any horrible flavor or smell.

Excellent customer service and communication

The product itself is great, but the packaging made all of the capsules stick together. A couple of the gel caps opened and released oil into the package. So we have a bit of a mess.
