Anyone know a good competitor?

Considering the majority of the 5star reviews are praising the customer service rep who helped refund a defective product...does anyone know of a competitor who sells a similar device that doesn't break after 6 months, actually gets shipped, and actually does what it says it will?

Very Happy Customer

Company Does Not Honor Warranty - Update

I bought the lifetime warranty and the port where you plug in the cord has pushed in and won’t accept the cord. The response from customer service is very courteous but they never solve the problem and send me a new one. All they say is they are escalating the issue then they start over with a new
person. Too bad because I liked the product but the company does not honor the warranty. Do I do not recommend this product because of that.

Company contacts me through email after I write this review and apologizes and says we’re right on it and we’re shipping a new one to you right away, please change your review. Of course nothing happens. They were just trying to to get me to retract my review. Buyer beware!

Excellent Customer Service

Renewa Skin must be excellent because it stays on back order. I ordered and my order was delayed twice so I requested to cancel. EJ with customer service immediately cancelled my order and is processing a refund. He is an excellent customer support representative!

Matthew at Customer Service is amazing

Matthew at Customer Service is amazing. He’ll listen to your problem and resolve your issues in a minute. I love how the Renewal sculpts my face. I really feel a difference on my face and especially on my neck.

EJ was five star Customer Service. He definitely followed through on our conversation and followed through on a resolution. It’s not a fraud or scam. It just may not work for some people. And it may work for others. EJ your five star Customer Service is taking the extra step and I thank you for that.

Kei was my contact person.

Kei was my contact person and he was excellent. he has helped me through the worry of a non working product .he arranged a refund immediately after explaining my options. His professionalism was extremely helpful. I am fully satisfied with the company and their help. It’s wonderful to be aided by a kind and resourceful employee. Thank you Kei.

Not to be Trusted

I requested a refund when I was not given a date of delivery. They responded with offering me a discount. I again asked for a refund based on the ambiguous response on estimated delivery. They sent an email saying they processed a refund, then two days later I got an email saying they are sending the item. I wrote back and Matthew, he stated sorry for the misunderstanding, we gave you the $29.00 discount. (this is not what we agreed on.) I said I want a refund not a discount. He said, The item has been shipped. There is nothing I can do. Back and forth, of games buying time to do what they intend to do. I am now calling my bank. Not a honorable company. He wrote back and said, we never agreed to a full refund.

Replying to your response. I never had positive results from using the product????? I haven't used the product. Obviously a generic response to my 1 STAR

bad product. worse customer service

Not only did the product not work, within a month it didn't function. Despite the promise of a full refund, the customer service representative actively denied my request, repeatedly failed to provide an address to return the product.once returned, they made me prove that the product, which they clearly had in hand, had been returned. when I threatened to appeal to my credit card company, they finally agreed to the refund. However, I'm still waiting nearly 3 months later

Device broke after 6 months

I received my RenewaLift device within a couple of weeks after placing my order and started using it right away. I used it every night before bed for 6 months and did see improvements in my skin tone and pores. I think the device helped my skincare products to penetrate better too because my skin never looked better. I would have rated the device 5-stars if it weren't for the fact that the EMS/vibration has mysteriously stopped working. I have continued to use the device with the red light alone, but my skin isn't the same without it. I've started breaking out and the firmness is diminishing after only 10 days. It's too bad. I was really pleased with it, but for $120 USD I would expect it to last longer.

Great Renewa Customer Service

This rating is only for the customer service I received. My unit wasn’t working properly so I contacted them. The customer service from Kei was outstanding. Once she confirmed that my red light glasses were not working properly, she asked if I wanted a replacement or not. Very responsive and cares about the customer.

I would give Renewa Skin zero star if…

I would give Renewa Skin zero star if there’s such option. First of all, they fraudulently charged my credit card when I tried to abort an order on line. That’s when the screen said the order was not confirmed unless watching the promotion video. Even after I called to cancel the order because the credit card was charged, they still danced around the issue. As it turned out the order fulfilled by a Chinese company. Renewa Skin claimed the package had been sent w/ a tracking link. So it took two weeks to get the package and I had to use a traceable shipment to return the package to a guy in LA. Needless to say, I have to pay for the shipping. Ironically, Renewa Skin wants customers to follow the return procedure, but they don’t actually follow that. There was no packing list or receipt in the package, how can customers return those with the product? The worst part is after all said-and-dones, Renewa Skin wouldn’t refund you until 15 business days after they receive the return package. If this not a scam, I don’t know what else is.

Ej the representative was fantastic

Ej the representative was fantastic. He was patient and very professional and very helpful with the problems I first had. He waited on hold for me as I got a hold of my bank to address an issue and then he even gave me a discount on the original price I was going to pay. I recommend them to anyone.

Not good

Not good. I felt either shocks or stings beneath each eye while using this product so I only used it twice. Read the return policy. Many hoops to jump through for full refund. They offer a partial refund with no requirement to return product.
