Found the site and a t shirt for a Christmas present for my daughter.
Placed an order and saw the charge go through on my credit card. However, I never received an email with a confirmation. I submitted in their website portal a request about the confirmation. I never received a reply.
I have tried to send an email to them from outside their website and it gets bounced back saying its not possible to deliver. I have called the phone number listed on their website and it rings twice then disconnects.
The "business" is located in Canada and after filing a complaint with BBB I will take additional steps.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
All you will accomplish is to lose your money.

I wish I seen the reviews before ordering from this company~ I tried to place a order for 2 shirts the hour glass went on & on as in the order did not go through, never received a email confirmation the order even went through. Went to check my credit card statement this company T-Shirt Bandit stole not one payment they took $44.93 three darn times to equal $134.79! This is NOT COOL at all I'm getting my money back not going to stop until I do! And the 888-310-5564 they have listed it ring one time and goes to a busy signal. tshirtbumgmail.com,

READ THERE REVIEWS THEY MERCHANDISE IS CHEAP AS WELL. THEY LIE DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE THEY STEAL MONEY. THEY SENT ME TWO EMAILS CLAIMING I WAS REFUNDED AND THEN STALE TO FLIP IT TO FRAUD; THEY ARE FRAUD AND A SCAM CLEARLY. THEY TRIED TO TAKE MONEY AGAIN BUT I CLOSED THIS CARD REPORTED IT STOLEN HA HA DUMMIES!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I read all the horrible reviews but still decided to place an order through them. Huge mistake! After receiving my poorly done tshirt, I noticed it had some stains on the front and collar of the shirt so I emailed them and included pictures but never heard back from them. Take your business and money elsewhere...the quality is garbage and their customer service is horrible.

Ordered online and received the t-shirt but the graphic was horrible. It's like they took a really bad image and blew it up to an even worse image and then printed it on the t-shirt. Sent several emails requesting a refund (no response) and the only phone number listed on the website gives a busy signal.

I never reeived my order. No contact. Please be aware.

I’m giving one star only because I got the actual design and color of the shirt I ordered. But I received a children’s large t shirt when I ordered a women’s tank top!!!! I should have read the reviews before I ordered!!! Don’t waste your money!! Guess I’m getting out the sissors and making it a crop top tank top. “shaking my head “. Thumbs down!

I ordered a I love Yoshi t-shirt from them through Amazon 3 months ago.Never received it and they charged my credit card. Every time I checked my order status it just said processing this whole time even today. No other info I tried emailing them no response and there phone# is no good its busy or wrong number. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with before. Never use them if you see them on any other site or ad don't order anything.

This is not even a real or legit business . Sent me wrong sizes and wrong style shirt . I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months . Email is fake ,wrong number on their website . I ordered a charmander shirt and got a "Washington Blackskins" shirt. I can not wear that shirt without offending others. I reported the mistake and they want me to pay shipping to return. So I won't get the shirt I want and I'll loss out on the return shipping for THEIR mistake. Customer service was not helpful and the shirt was iron on at best. Beware!

Fake email address, and they're using another companies business phone number. I placed an order one month ago and still no shirt. This is fraud all the way. Do not do business with this fake company. They're stealing from people straight out.

Run, run away! I am trying to return the horrible quality/wrong size t-shirt and can't get a hold of anybody. The Facebook link doesn't exist, last activity on Twitter was in 2012. I called the number on website and was listening some BS about cruise vacation that I had just won and then got disconnected. Total waste of time and money

I placed my order on Nov 12th. When I recieved my order on Nov 21st it was the wrong shirt. I contacted them immediatley. I didnt get a response until the 23rd of Nov at that time I was told the correct shirt would be sent out that day. On the 28th after not getting any response back to any of the emails after the one I recieved on Monday I decided to file a dispute with Paypal. Thats 5 days after being told it was being sent out the day of the 23rd and not getting any response over that five day period. On Monday Nov 31st I got an email from them stating they couldnt reship the shirt until after I closed my dispute (i have never heard of such a thing in the several years of going through paypal). Thats a week after being told It would be sent out. So that shirt should have already been on its way if not already recieved. It took alot of going back and forth with them to get the actual shirt I order. I didnt get a tracking number for that shirt until yesterday(they clamed they didnt have that infor yet). Another of the many lies told because tracking is the first thing anyone recieves from usps when their label is created). At that time I found out the shirt hadnt even been sent out by them until Dec 3rd thats pretty much 2 weeks after being told it would be sent out on the 23rd. Now that I have the shirt I ordered its such horrible quality and differs from the brightly worded shirt they have on their website. After it taking almost a month after ordering to get the right shirt they didnt even refund half the cost for the issues on their part. That would have been thr proper thing to do). Not only that but recieveing multiple stories from them on the status of my order its beyond ridiculous. Not to mention after all the trouble I had with them after the first week of dealing with the improper shirt I requested just to have a refund with my paypal dispute they denied me a refund (on Nov 31st) stating they would lose on 3 ends because they supposedly put a hold on my package through usps(a lie) if they did. Come to find out the shirt didnt didnt actually leave them until Dec 3rd thats when the label was created by usps. So they could have granted me the refund however they just wanted their money screw the customer who just paid full price for a late and horrible quality shirt. This entire ordeal was horrible. Also to make it worse none of their contact info is right on their sight or paypal. The only email thats right is the gmail email address. Just keep your money these shirts arent work 5 bucks let alone 20 plus dollars. Its not worth the hassle either. They are Bandits indeed thats for sure. I bet its ran out of some kids basement judging by the "sent from iphone" message on the emails they send. RUNN AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. Unless this is the type of service you prefer. They arent even worthy of one star

I bought a white t-shirt with a logo on it that was supposed to be a size small. When it came the t-shirt was huge! It fit like an oversized night shirt! It was obviously a large even though the piece of taped cardboard that came with it said small. I first called the 800 number, which was some other company's advertising phone number! When I emailed tshirtbandit I got a response a few days later that simply said they charged a restocking fee of $7 and let them know if I wanted to proceed. There was no name attached at the bottom of the email or anything else. It just said "Sent by my iPhone"! So clearly it's just a one man shop with very poor customer service! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband for Christmas last year. The picture on the site was a picture they had taken from somewhere else. It was supposed to be a plain black t-shirt with a purple logo in size large. What arrived was a HUGE white t-shirt (at least an XXL) with a black ringer collar/sleeve hem. The logo on it had obviously been pulled from somewhere and then blown up way too much as it was completely blurred. And whoever cut it out had left jagged edges all around the print so you could tell it had been cut out and ironed on. It was ridiculous. I contacted them asking for a refund and was told to send the request to some guy's personal email address. I did this, and he said I had to request a return on eBay. Ummm... I didn't buy it on eBay, I bought it on your website. Give me a refund. Then they told me I had to show them pictures to get a refund. I sent them 3 pictures and got no response. So I emailed again, they asked me for the pictures again. I sent them AGAIN. No response. They went silent and won't answer any of my emails anymore.
