Quick delivery quality goods

Great product and very quick delivery second time buying from here

Great prices great service i can't fault them in any way mark the driver called me on way as planned all worked perfect

I am currently renovating my garden arbour, and the slats on its roof had become dry and brittle. I looked at various options, from ridiculously expensive composite tiles, to felt and corrugated options. Tuda grass was the perfect compromise. They were willing to supply me with a small quantity of boards, and deliver them to my address in Scotland for a very reasonable price. The delivery guy was cheery and good natured - albeit he can’t pronounce “Auchterarder” (LOL!)
I was absolutely delighted with the product! The boards look fabulous on my arbour roof, and although it’s not finished yet; I know the completed job will be beautiful. My only grumble is that the ridge board is completely inflexible, so does not work on the apex of my garden arbour; but I’m pretty sure that repairing garden furniture is not the main purpose for these boards, so I shouldn’t complain. I have an alternative ridge piece on order, so I’ll get the job finished soon. Thank you so much, Tuda Grass for allowing me to upgrade my garden arbour with style.

A good selection of grass types. Fast and efficient delivery and communication from customer service team. Competitive prices too. Well done and thanks.

We love our new panels which look great. Ordering was easy the items were delivery timely and were well packaged. Our second order went astray due to me putting an old address on it. After enquiring on a Sunday afternoon Nicola responded very quickly and arranged for a replacement order to be sent out on the following day. I received the items on Tuesday. This is the kind of service I like. Thank you.

Delivered on time, friendly staff, great quality.

Good price , good quality, arrived quickly

Great ordering process. Delivery was organised and communicated effectively with a very helpful delivery person. Grass was excellent quality as was the shock pad to go underneath. Fitted by ourselves and looks and feels great. 100% happy all round.

I was really nervous about getting Astro as it wasn’t something I’d ever considered before but I found Tudagrass to be amazing and would 100% recommend

Great products and easy to use website

Excellent quality products, purchased Decking boards, cladding and Balustrades from Tuda, delivery was super quick, arriving 2 days after ordering, all products come with fitting kit and very good to work with, i highly recomend Tuda and will be using again in future.

Ordered some samples, chose one my husband made an order it arrived in 5 days . Good service great quality. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Tuda 3 times now , twice for artificial grass . Then just recently for composite balustrades. Every purchase has been excellent, good quality products and excellent customer service and communication. Fairly priced against other companies. I had a query out the balustrade which was sorted out on the phone quickly and efficiently. Everything about them is positive right down to the delivery operatives who are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work Tuda

A good sample provided quickly.

Website was easy to navigate. I did have an additional inquiry about my order, I emailed and received a quick reply and it didn't slow my order down. My grass was delivered before the due date. Very fast delivery. Will definitely use again.

Appalling customer service. 7 days after I ordered, I questioned where my grass was.

On the Monday 27th July they replied that my shipment has been lost (yes difficult to believe that something so large could go missing), they offered a refund which I immediately accepted.
That same day, I rushed and inconvenienced myself to buy grass locally as work had been planned in my garden for the following morning.
On Tuesday afternoon, their shipment arrived, late…after I had bought and laid grass from somewhere else.

They’re now delaying my refund until they have received their grass back. I shouldn’t be inconvenienced for their mistake.

It's now 16 days after I gave them my money. I still haven't received my refund. I need to wait home for their delivery guy to collect.
