I would like to say tuggs was great…
I would like to say tuggs was great food to which vonnie love, but unfortunately she has a severe food allergy until the vet finds out what the problem is. she has to have hypoallergenic food. Hopefully we can go back to tuggs.

Excellent product and customer care
After doing a lot of research, I decided to change to Tuggs a couple of months ago as my border collie was having trouble with her anal glands and I suspected it could be diet related. I have definitely seen an improvement since starting her on Tuggs and she really enjoys all varieties. I have also found the company Customer Service to be excellent and the website easy to navigate and change my order date and requirements.

New but so far enjoying!
So far, my dogs have been enjoying their new food having switched from another brand who were constantly increasing their prices. We have one fussy dog and he has so far eaten all his meals - including cod which is an achievement for him!
I love how there is a reward system; this feels like the customer is valued given how much money is spent over the months/years.
My only criticisms are that I wish there was a monthly option for delivery, as the three weeks payment is complicated to work out!

We had some early teething problems with our Bernise puppy not being too keen on the food, but now he loves it!

Our spaniel Finn has been on Tuggs for a couple of months now and he loves it. There’s a noticeable difference in how his coat shines and he no longer has and dandruff. We used to feed raw which we got on well with but this seems to be a safer option. Get on to this from Mordor gundogs, so thank to them.

Easy subscription and my fussy dog loves the food
Easy subscription and receive regular communications so can alter order if needs be. My dog is a very fussy eater and refuses to eat supermarket dog food which can cause difficulties if run out of food but this doesnt happen with tuggs, they send food just at the right time and no hidden costs. Good variety of flavours although would like to see more introduced or maybe specials like at christmas . Would highly recommend and do require space in freezer to store the packets.

Kash was really fussy untill we tried tuggs he loves all the different flavours and it's full off all the nutrition he needs his coat and allergies have improved tremendously and his eyes are really shining .He was diagnosed with spleen cancer December 2024 but we think because he enjoys is food he keeps going vets says he's a fighter
