It’s complete BS that I had my subscription turned off for auto renew and you still charge my account. I contacted you immediately within 24 hours and was still unable to receive a refund 10 out of 10 will not recommend your services to anybody.

Seriously.. I am from Singapore. I started off with small business yahoo in 2008 or 2009 until now. Right now I wanna reset my password and it says error to my primary email. I wanna contact them but there is only one number which I cannot call. No emails, no chat. I dunno what to do. My domain has been like more than 10 years and it is gone. My emails as well. I am never going to engage their service again.

I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying to update my admin information. I did not want to change the account billing or create a new account, the old owner is retired and I need access to the billing. I left the appointment with no resolution.

We’re sorry for the frustration and understand how disappointing it was to spend 40 minutes on the phone without getting the resolution you needed. We reviewed the case and saw that the original caller was not the account owner, so support asked to have the owner join the call before billing details could be shared.
Once the owner was verified, the billing information was provided, and you then requested an ownership transfer so only the name could be changed while keeping the same login ID. We understand why that seemed like a reasonable request, but the account change could not be completed in that way, which left you without the outcome you were hoping for.
We regret that the call ended without a clear resolution and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Try to change my sign in email address…
Try to change my sign in email address 3 times and 2 times online which would not allow me to do that and then I called in for help also no help, don’t understand what the big deal is changing from a yahoo account, which I no longer use to a Google or Comcast account.
Weeks later June 8 follow up finally got a response from them. And the AI response was to repeat every single word that I wrote them with no resolution. Good job guys

We reviewed the case and saw that you tried multiple times online to update your login ID from a Yahoo address you no longer use to another email, and then called in when those attempts did not go through.
During the call, support explained that the login ID and alternate email need to be updated in a specific order and suggested first changing the login ID, then the alternate email, and also recommended trying a different device when the issue persisted. We understand that, from your perspective, this still didn’t resolve the problem and made a simple change feel like a big hassle, and we regret that the process left you without a clear, successful outcome.
