Still have no idea what I’m being billed for.
I am charged almost $45 a month for a service that I didn’t even know I had. When I called to inquire as to what the charges were for, the “customer service tech” was of no help whatsoever and had no way to know what the charges were even for. The person who was assigned to me had no way to help.
