I gave the agent the correct name of the owner and she said it was not the owner. After successful login, I was able to see the name I gave was correct.

We reviewed the case and saw that there was an issue during the domain transfer process, and support had advised on the next steps, including the ownership transfer process and trying the transfer again after the authorization code was confirmed.

Turbify’s customer service was an…

Turbify’s customer service was an embarrassment to the industry. After multiple phone calls, their suggestion was for me to take matters into my own hands even though I‘m paying them. Not only unacceptable, but unprofessional which I stated on numerous occasions. I terminated my account & would never recommend their services to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE> WAS A…

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE> WAS A CUSTOMER OF 18 YEARS AND THEY MOVED MY SITE AND DELETED IT! NO WARNING NOTHING! THEN WHEN ASKING THEM TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE THEY CLOSED THE TICKET AND SAID IT WAS FIXED! CURRENTLY MOVING MY DOMAIN AND HOSTING ELSEWHERE!

ADDED AFTER THEY REPLIED. They claim that they tried to resolve the issues but claim they stopped because I had already initiated a transfer to another provider. THIS IS A LIE. 3 tickets and zero resolve after 2 weeks of back and forth. FYI I have not started any type of transfer yet and this is a poor excuse from a terrible provider. Even their response to my complaint is misleading just like all of their employees.

I am still waiting for a supervisor to address my concerns. Smith mountainlakesailing.com is being charged for a site that cautions viewers to beware of trouble. I am being charged for a duplicate site. Contact support staff are trying but cannot help. I would never recommend Yahoo anymore. Things were great for 15 years but since 2020 you have gone way down hill with support and web site cost has risen from $9.99 to $50 in 5 years. Maybe there is a management person who can help.
