What a service from the minute we arrived until the final fitting of the teeth the experience and service was unreal, would 100% recommend smile aesthetica no questions asked and our coordinator sundus was absolutely amazing,, thank you for making our time here so special

Just finished my first round of treatment. All the staff are so friendly and attentive. Had top teeth taken out and can honestly say no pain at all. Sent home with all the antibiotics, pain killers and mouthwash. I’d been researching for over two years and so glad I finally took the decision to book. Emre Urlu was my coordinator and he’s was great very happy smiley guy. Told me everything I needed to know and gave me piece of mind.

So just a little update after the last review. Was contacted the next day regarding my review to see if issues could be solved, explained that I paid for an extra night in hotel as my treatment would not be finished in the time frame given, so new flights booked at me expense and another night in hotel at my expense, spoke to James this time and he said any over expenses that I paid should have been covered by them he asked to see my messages from one of the staff confirming different times and sent him flight details and times cost , and luckily I’m not holding my breath as not a whisper from him or company, as I’m out here now having some remedial work done nothing major, check up and implant tightened by a different dentist and filling that came out . Just think it’s poor business really and the attitude from how was poor , so please be careful , and not knocking the dentist the work was amazing just poor business ethics just being honest

*update* such awful customer service and rude bombard you with calls then will become rude when you chose to not go ahead at that moment in time. They act so unprofessional it’s embarrassing

Terrible customer service James was rude after harassing for weeks when I said I was not interested in the service he turned very rude name calling. His actions have turned me off of myself and partner both having treatment with you.

Ok so here we go first review after just over a year I was at smile , went through all the processes visited X-ray place paid £50 which was to be refunded or taken off price also got there insurance can’t really remember but was told it would be refunded had a dental plan before I contacted them as only wanted my crowns replaced as I chipped a few and already had 9 implants from 6 years before , quote was £4900 for 24 crowns 3 implants and sinus lift and was being done over 2 visits both 5 days each , so on first visit to clinic was explained the procedure and lead upstairs for an X-ray and after returned down stairs and it was being discussed between Jackie and a couple of others from my previous X-ray it was determined I needed 3 more implants and sinus lift but from the new X-ray no implants were needed and no sinus lift either, which was sweet for me as no surgery just new crowns and the was taken to pay them just before payment was suddenly told i have to pay another £900 pounds for new abutments a part fo my existing implants don’t really understand why it wasn’t mentioned on original quote, any way paid quote by card and rest in cash , so now goes from £4900 to £5800 . So off we go up to meet my dentist and I must say what a beautiful person calm friendly reassuring funny especially when I kept falling asleep 😩lol and her assistant was great from start to finish couldn’t of wanted anyone else, so first day my crowns were removed implants were checked all good think some moulds was taken and off I popped lol whilst sitting downstairs waiting for my taxi one of the technicians came and spoke to me about he doesn’t want to give me a guarantee because I have my own implants so was thinking bit late now let’s just roll with it and also had to extend by another day so had to book another flight and pay another £120 euros for another night in the hotel. Had about 4 visits in total and my final shape and colour was perfect and agreed, my lovely patient coordinator was also superb and her partner Ace he was brilliant treated with professionalism and care , so final day is upon us and had a late night fitting and honestly they was perfect my dentist was amazing I could not have been happier with them she has done me proud to be honest from first meeting with her I was in the best hands,and honestly this is just a honest review the dental part is amazing go see for yourself, so next night I’m off home smiling like a prat lol yeah everybody loves them so few days later I’m at work and it dawned on me my package price should have been re done as I had no implants x 3 no sinus lift and hotel was only 1 visit not 2 was only told to £4000 on first visit and £900 on second visit but all was taken straight away so surely all the other dental work that wasn’t needed should have come off the price , so tried calling Jackie probably about a week no answer few WhatsApp between clinic never really answered anything but hey ho Jackie did call back we spoke about it and took some details and said leave it with me so as a few months rolls by never available and then the other partner calls me so I thought maybe were getting somewhere but no lol he just wanted to know why I responded to a message saying why haven’t you left a review and can you please and I said no so explain it all to him I’ll have a look couple days later calls me and said send bank details and I’ll sort it a£900 refund so about week goes by nothing then gets a call back from Jackie not being rude but just mugging me off started say on loud speaker he reckons he was sitting with another dentist owner giving it how much would you charge 24 crowns bla bla bla £5000 maybe but that’s a walk in price not a package and basically longed me off but hey ho as I said honest review just feel it’s just poor really. And I also have the pleasure of returning in November to get them fixed again bottom plate is disintegrating cracked 2 chipped and 4 implants filling fell out , plus the wife is having a couple of crowns replaced so look honestly just a honest review no slagging off we are all entitled to our say ,Micky

They threaten to share private messages! They tell people "your friends don't like you and have blocked you"! They say about another client that he was drunk and carrying on! What has any of that got to do with someone leaving their honest opinion?! They need to take accountability not every customer is going to be 100% happy with the service! Calling the other bloke a drunk and saying he'd been drinking, saying Lindsey stole money, and threatening to reveal all her messages that is appalling. The things you've said are absolutely disgusting. The way you're behaving is absolutely vile. Tell me, why in God's name would I want to have a conversation with somebody like you? You're digging your own hole keep going, everyone can see exactly what you are.

I have finished my journey and i have the most amazing teeth . The Clinic is Spotless and the staff are so Proffesional i highly Recommend Smile Aesthetica .

I used smile aesthetica for my dental treatment,I had all on 6 and all on 4,including 2 bone grafts my experience was exceptional from initial consultation to finals fitting this company care and their dental team are excellent and one othe most important things about this company are what ever your plans been disgust and price agreed was kept too and throughout my treatment I was informed and kept upto date throughout,also the team's technicians technicians dentist are 1st class using top draw facilities and products i couldn't be more happy and confident that this company have given me in smile,Thank you Jackie and Smile Aesthetica for your professional team and facilities.😁😁

I visited Smile Aesthetica at the beginning of August for some dental treatments, 24 Crowns, the whole experience felt seamless from organising at home to arriving in Antalya and transferring between the hotel and clinic and back home again. I'm absolutely over the moon with the work done by the clinic, definitely exceeded my expectations. All the staff I met and dealt with were friendly and professional. The clinic is top notch, very well equipped and all about patient well being. I've had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend them for very well priced dental treatments with amazing results!

In January 2026 i went to smile Aesthetica and was told the best option for me was the 4 on 6 implants route with sinus lift and bone graph.
So when I was there I was also told this would be £7500 with no hidden costs, this would include both my hotel stays and transport to and from clinic, hotel and airport.
I paid £5000 first visit at the clinic and then had my teeth removed and 10 implants procedure.
This first visit was 4 days. They gave me pain relief and dentures etc to go home with.
I then came back recently for 6 days 6 months after to have the implants exposed and healing caps installed with impressions taken.
I was and back and fore to clinic until they were happy with the fittings etc and chose my shape “ natural “ and shade “ OM2 “ and also paid remainder of my £2500.
Long story short I have my knew teeth in nearly a month now and honestly it’s the best thing I have done and can not fault smile aesthetica, anyone who is planning having the same or similar procedure with my whole experience I would recommend using this company, take my word for it they did everything they said they would in a professional manner, if you had any questions they would swiftly reply through whatapp, the hotel they recommend was excellent aswell, I went my myself and met many people doing same or similar procedures.
There was no hidden costs like they said, everything from staff to chauffeurs were all very friendly and the clinic was very clean.
It’s a hard choice when you see online which company to use but I would say use smile everytime as I can not fault them from start to finish of my journey.

I decided to have my teeth done in turkey went with a company first visit was brutal but second one was the worst it was worst then first visit
To then come home with teeth that looked so bad on insides I posted on there page and was phoned instantly that it would be sorted.
Phoned me next day told me to book flights back out one way I would get money back on arrival at clinic and that I wouldn’t be in falcon as before as they was paying then they would book flights home when I’m 1000% happy.
Then rang next day to ask me if I would go through insurance I was like ok I get you money back if I can was I wrong.
I got to hotel to be asked to pay for 2 nights rang clinic owner to be told well it’s going through insurance you pay I told him no way. He then spoke to hotel after under his breathe calling me a something swearing under his breath about me can’t swear not allowed
Went to clinic next day spoke to them told them I wanted all my teeth taken out as I couldn’t keep them I had infection and was so uncomfortable made my gums swell my jaw was so painful with all this plastic. They agreed to take out the cemented top and bottoms and put in Toronto system screw ins. 6 hours I was in the chair and they was out what a relief. I even said wow so much better without teeth. Had new system put in
Then told I need bone removal surgery so next day had bone removal and trial of new teeth. On Wednesday I got told from clinic with my suitcase I was going to another hotel. Got there to be asked to pay again I said no clinic paying phoned owner. Got a room he rang me said they won’t accept it I was like won’t accept that I needed to to take payment link I then said I’ve got a room.
I had both clinic owners saying things I did get angry and lost it with both of them.
On my post they then slander me telling people I was pissed out my head and called them all names under sun showing screen shots of messages nothing bad either.
Lying saying I was told to wait for insurance but was to impatient told it wasn’t a medical emergency but sent paperwork to insurance telling them it was 😂
Ok so if I was told to wait for insurance why was I booked into 2 different hotels didn’t know where I was going. Got proof I wasn’t told nothing of sort.
So I come home with my new teeth mental tortured from the whole experience from trusting man from uk that chose to belittle me and make me feel so worthless.
Since then I have put insurance claim in and insurance have paid me my half as the invoices they sent over was wrong 1 said 3/8-21/8 other said 9/8-15/8

I’m happy but I will never get over the way I was treated by this clinic owner. I since spoke to other owner and said I was so angry you promised me and he totally understood my actions told me he had been called worse and that I had a bad time not knowing whether I was coming or going.
You can’t post anything truthful on their fb page as get you get no end of shite and bullying from owner and people who think there the best always made to look the liar.
And one thing I will say I am not and will never lie
Yes my teeth looking beautiful now but I’m going to go to another clinic the one I should have gone to in first place going forward thankfully they are happy to take over if needed.
I’m biggest problem is I trust to easy and always get shite on
I hate the person I am cause of 2 grown arse men.
The owners speak to people on social media fb like shite and get away with it.
If I could re do my time I would have gone to another company one tells the truth on their page and aftercare is always push through insurance not down to poor work and materials how many of you got cemented teeth top and bottom should be both screwed in top and bottom

Great service from start to finish. Dental suites are far superior to what I have seen in uk, and you want for nothing when you are there getting treatment. Our interpreter/coordinator when at the clinic was a guy called Emre and he was fantastic. Well worth using the company I cant fault the price, treatment or hotel we used both times. Top notch 👌 👏
