Start to finish was everything smooth and really great experience

My journey started in January of this year.
I’d spent a lot of time researching various dentists and decided on Smile Aesthetica. First part of the journey involved the removal of my teeth and the fitting of my implants. I chose to have local anaesthetic.
The staff were amazing! Very experienced and talked through the whole process. Treatment was impeccable, certainly some discomfort as was to be expected, but manageable with the painkillers and antibiotics supplied. Transport was flawless, always on time with air conditioning in the cars.
The co-ordinators ensured everything went as smoothly as possible.
I went back after four months to finish my treatment and get the final fitting of my new teeth. This takes longer as the dentists make sure everything is fitted and I was comfortable with my new teeth. A bit of discomfort, but I now had an amazing set of new teeth! A brilliant smile and I can eat almost whatever I want! I can’t praise everyone highly enough, the dentists, co-ordinators, drivers and ancillary staff. The surgery was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. Always offered food or drinks whilst I was there.
Hotel was good, breakfasts were amazing and stunning views over the pool, gardens and sea.

From the very first communication with SA I was happy and relaxed about what the journey was going to be like. When I landed at Antalya airport I was greeted with my own private transport who took me to the hotel. From there I was picked up the next day and taken to the clinic. After speaking with the dentist there who explained everything that they were going to do it reassured me I had made the right choice. From the very first part of the treatment to the very last part where I had my new teeth fitted I could no t of been in better hands. The care and attention I received was first class and helped me through what can be a daunting task. I must point out that if anyone is thing about going on the journey to have new teeth that SA informed me of the cost and at no point ever tried to increase the cost like some others I have read about. In all I would whole heartedly recommend SA and all the people involved who’s care and support goes the extra mile for the patients. Absolutely an amazing experience form day one! Staff are all very friendly and professional, all the transfers are on time and waiting for you. Excellent staff and communication. Still a few weeks away from my final teeth but the experience so far has been very positive. Seeing other people's results on Facebook with the clinic helps as well. There's a great support group on there if anyone has any questions over their treatment. Also the clinic is quick to answer any questions you may have. Great service

From transfers from airport to clinic,, translators explained everything, and the dental team are all very professional and caring, and make sure that you leave 100% happy with your new smile.

Had my treatment here over 2 visits, 2 implants and crowns the guys here are amazing at what they do and cannot do enough to reassure you, I was really nervous prior to my treatment and smile asthetica made the situation so much better they are always smiling, telling you what is going on, asking how you.are and most importantly not like robots in other clinics they are great!

From my initial contact with Smile Aesthetica I felt assured that they would only do what was right for me from their response to the full treatment, I was a bit wary initially but that wasn't necessary as the treatment quoted was delivered, my treatment didn't go to plan as my teeth decided not to play ball in that some didn't want to come out, on my second visit I had to have root canal treatment due to sensitivity and receding gums in a few areas but this has been all addressed to my full satisfaction, I honestly couldn't be happier, so much so ive recommend Smile Aesthetica to quite a few people to date.
