From the start SA were honest and up front about pricing. The service once there was brilliant, your looked after from getting off the plane to getting on again and everything in-between.

Picked up in luxury and straight to the dental practice. Booked in,assigned my coordinator Emrahan (brilliant guy). Had my xrays done,discussed my plan made the payment and straight into having the treatment.
My dentist was amazing despite the obvious language barrier but he made everything simple and comfortable, ZERO discomfort. I was there for 4 days and stayed at the falcon. Everything was immaculate, comfortable and fantastic customer service. Fully recommend 👌

From start to finish, everything with Smile Aesthetica was fantastic. The clinic and staff were top class, the all-inclusive accommodation was excellent, and all airport and clinic transfers were on time with clean, comfortable vehicles.
On my final visit, the dental team went above and beyond. My dentist kept checking and adjusting until everything was perfect—I didn’t leave until 9:45pm on a Friday night, which says it all about their dedication.

The service was second to none,I can’t praise this company enough for the way they look after you from start to finish so professional,The clinic is clean and bright the Dentists so carful with you while your being operated on with a interpreter in the room explaining all that’s going on so you’re relaxed as you can be while teeth extracted,Hotels first & second visit very good, my procedure was all teeth out top & bottom all on six implants, Myself I couldn’t not be happier with my new teeth & smile, The cost was as agreed £7500 minus all deductibles , I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs Dental care /signed. Got my finals in March after completing all on 6 lower jaw and 4 zygomatic implants upper. Definitely recommend Smile Aesthetica to everyone. Had my first appointment in October 2025 had full mouth extraction had no problems whatsoever stayed at the Marriott hotel which was really nice met some great people while there who had the same treatment as me kept i. Contact with them over the 4 month wait then we arranged to all go back together at the end of February to get our finals which im so happy with over the course of both visits I can’t fault the service I received everything was as Jackie says in his videos great company and very professional

The day a initially made enquiries with Jackie at Smile Aesthetica I knew that I'd made the right decision. One of the main things that made me decide was their transparency. One price that they stood by without fluctuating the cost. I was totally impressed with their most up to date facilities. I was informed at every stage of the treatment, with ace comunication. So after two years of research, I selected 3 dental clinics, but it was Smile Aesthetica that I honestly felt comfortable with, they answered all my questions honestly & quickly, they were true to their word. Jackie contacted me vie WhatsApp & we spoke in person on many occasion. Through serious health issues many years ago I knew that the only way to finally be able to find confidence again was to take the biggest step & have my smile restored. Jackie & Jamie were true to their word, they quoted me a figure & stuck to it. In June 2025 I travelled to Antalya with my partner. I was met at the airport by a sea of boards with different dental clinics, I was quite nervous but there it was "Smile Aesthetica " with my name boldy written so it would stand out, I was so relieved. The driver to our transport which collected us was friendly & spoke good English, the transport was Luxury & had air conditioning which was lovely, fresh cooled bottled water was also available. The journey to our chosen hotel by Jackie was 15/20 minutes only. The Hotel was called the Marmara, simply divine, the food was amazing & the location was beautiful. I was picked up frst thing in the morning for the beginning of my journey, yes I was a little nervous but I didn't need to be, the dental clinic was about 15/ 20 minutes away. It was just as the video showed, beautiful & very clean, coffee & tea were available whilst I waited to be seen, I met so many other people, all having various procedures, it was nice to meet so many people. The staff were all welcoming & very professional. I was then called to have XRays taken & my treatment explained to me in fine detail, the price remained the same, as Jackie said " No hidden costs" everything was settled & my treatment immediately began, my partner waited down stairs. I had all teeth removed, bone grafts, sinus lifts. I can honestly hand on heart say that I felt not one bit of pain whatsoever, the surgeon who removed my teeth spoke fluen English & was reassuring throughout my procedure, the whole team were. After this treatment I was able to return to our hotel with my chosen driver. I was given antibiotics & pain killers to keep me healthy & able yo cope with any discomfort, I followed the co-ordinator instructions to the book, but I can still honestly say I had no pain even when the numbing injections wore off. The next morning I awoke with a few bruises but that was fine. The breakfast being served for guests was amazing, they even catered for me, it was easy to select soft foods. I remember eating soup & breaking very buttered bread into it to bulk it up, but the menu was amazing, don't worry. There is also a shop next to hotel to purchase other foods if you were wanting other foods. Nightlife & resteraunts were everywhere if you wanted to venture out. My stay was only 6 days , day 3 was abit of a shock, I was bruised so heavily fom my cheeks to my chest but I knew this was temporary, I knew that I had just completed the hardest part of my journey. For my remaining days I went back to the clinic for temp fittings for dentures but will honestly say I dint wear them for the whole 6 months my gums needed to recover & strengthen gor my finals in December. Jackie was available for any concerns I may of had & felt that so reassuring, they don't just take your money & forget you. I felt so connected to Smile Aesthetica, they were honest but went over & above in giving you the dream Smile you were finally hoping for. I finally returned bk home to let the healing process begin. Can't wait for December 😊.

December 2025 is finally here, flights etc have been scanned across to Jackie / Smile Aesthetica, Jackie or one of the dental team gets bk to me to acknowledge my visit. Jackie books my hotel for recommended time for myself & partner, Travel Shield booked for insurance reasons, very excited for this 2nd visit. As arranged by Jackie, collected at airport & taken to Hotel Marriot, WoW, another beautiful hotel with no complaints, my first visit was in honesty quite sad , my healthy healed gums had to be re-exposed for the 2nd part of my journey, moulds & fittings took place ready for my finals day & Smile, but once again looked after exceptionally well. Chosen Style & colour. Day finally arrives & New teeth have been made as agreed & are finally in. So very happy but what a fantastic experience. I'm so sorry for this very long review but I wanted to explain in detail my journey, which is one of the most memorable things I have found the courage to do. If you want or need something bad enough you just have to put your trust & faith in the experts who know what they are doing. Then arriving in turkey, as stated name on a board outside the airport with a driver ready to take me to my hotel, hotel all booked by Jackie/james

The hotel was great went above and beyond for me and nothing was too much!

Dental appointments all sorted along with a car/mini bus ready and waiting either at the hotel or the dentist.

The staff at the dentist were more than welcoming, 80% of them English speaking and if not a translator was available on every occasion,

Before during and after treatment always available for any queries or questions

Highly recommended and have done to several others already.

This company are outstanding. I have been researching and speaking to companies for the last year and came across this company and instantly knew they were the company for me. Jackie rang me straight away and spoke very frank and was a straight talker which is my language, hate being sold a dream just want facts, good, bad and the ugly, real talk. I then dealt with a member of the team who answered every question quickly and made me feel at ease as I was travelling on my own. Joined the Facebook group which is a must as everyone on there is amazing and they really breakdown their journey which was really helpful. I had my xray in Bristol and then booked flights and was out getting my teeth done in a matter of weeks, no hesitation. Met at airport with private transfer which you get to and from hotel and clinic, they are lovely and punctual. The hotel that I was booked into, The Falcon was outstanding and I met some lovely people, all on the same journey which was unexpected as I was travelling on my own so thought I might be a bit of a loner 😂 everyone at hotel kept me smiling and really made some lovely friends for life. I had 23 crowns and implants on both lower jaw. No pain, the dentists were exceptional and all the team were amazing, with a translator with you at all times although all the dentist speak perfect English. What I was quoted is what I paid, no hidden costs like other companies, heard horror stories from everyone regarding hidden costs who had been with other companies in our hotel, no horror stories with smile aesthetica. I go back in September to have my teeth completed. The whole experience was 10/10, so far, not one thing I can fault. I felt safe at all times and the dentists and staff in the clinic were outstanding and I tell everyone who say they want their teeth done to go to this company, you will be looked after, even if there are complications as no journey is always perfect, they will make sure you are looked after and will make sure you get your perfect smile 😁

I started my journey for my new smile in August 2025 and from the minute I started I cannot fault the treatment I have recieved.

On my first visit I was taken for an xray which then allowed me to find out what treatment plan I needed and the cost of my treatment. As I was happy and agreed to this my treatment started that day. Unfortunately due to extensive bone loss in my upper gums I need to attend 3 visits, but this was all explained to me in detail and will give the best results for me. As I need 3 visits my only additional cost are my flights and hotel for the 3rd visit, which I knew from day one and I'm happy to pay.

My first visit was the bone graft and sinus lift, my second visit in February 2026 was teeth removal and implants fitted and I cannot wait until my 3rd visit in june for my finals.

My surgeon was kind and gentle and I had an English speaking consultant with me at all times.

The treatment is not sore, they numb you and keep checking that you are not in pain, but it is uncomfortable as they are working on your mouth for a few hours. My mouth felt a little tender afterwards, but considering I had surgery and stitches it was expected. I did have a lot of bruising, but it was painless and looked worse than it was. Smile aesthetica supply painkillers, antibiotics, mouthwash and arnicare cream which is all included in your quoted price.

I also liked that Your quoted price is your final price, no hidden extra costs at all.

The team are kind, courteous and work so hard to make everything run smoothly for you. Nothing is a problem
for them and they deal with anything and everything quickly and efficiently.

I am so glad I chose smile aesthetica especially when I saw my partners new smile as he finished his treatment in February, not only does it look good, the confidence it has given him and the food he can eat again is great to see 😀

I first visited smile aesthetica in August last year for my first appointment having spoke to Jackie there was a no hidden cost ov 7500 for a all on 6 upper and bottom jaw . I was greeted from the airport taken to my hotel and my journey began what an amazing clinic very well looked after the staff are great lovely people I had my surgery everything went good got my implants then I returned 4 month laster for my finals and could not be happier . I had a very well planned two visit trip for all on 4-6. Hotel and transfers were all booked by Smile Aesthetica and price I paid was as promised and received quality implants and Zirconia Veneers. This is not a dentist, it’s a butchers. I went there in June last year for the first time, I was given teeth that was very very big and uncomfortable in my mouth. I was forced to go back and has them redone. BIG MISTAKE! They shaved my teeth down again a second time without even telling me, I thought she was just cleaning the old ones. No, she shaved them to the bone and then they did 21 root canals.. YES, TWENTY ONE! They blamed it on me and said it’s because I wanted the teeth smaller. As you can see from the photos they had the perfect blank canvas to start with. My original teeth was simple for them to deal with compared to some they have to deal with. I have been threatened and had it all blamed on me. I am now in Vietnam 10 months after the first time seeing them, I had to come here to a good dentist to fix the problems. I have 4 infections in the roots and need them ripping out and having implants!! I’m 35 years old! No problems ever before with my teeth just stained from years of smoking. The people there are not nice, I can’t actually say to much because I’m taking them to court. As you can see from the teeth they left me with I have severely damaged gums that won’t heal because there is cement under them!! They have called me all kinds of names and told me I’m a liar and a scammer. I have begged them to be more sympathetic but they do not know how. When court is over I will be taking this to the newspapers and all of social media to expose these butchers. Whatever you do avoid this place there is much better dentists in the area that actually do care about their patients and their health. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever done they have ruined my life. I’ve lost a lot of weight and been severely depressed because of this. I would actually recommend people to just stick with their own teeth no matter how bad and not mess with nature. They all should be ashamed of themselves.
