I should have checked the reviews first before ordering: Just to make this simple, the shipping people have a mind of their own and don't give a crap about you nor providing customer service. Never... Mehr ansehen

Bait and switch like everyone else …
Bait and switch like everyone else posted. Miraculously after being told the TV I ordered was in stock, it wasn't after I refused to pay an additional $2,800 for a model they wanted me to buy. Rude staff, canceled order, this company is a scam.
Fraudulent, bait-and-switch.
I found a "good" price on a large LCD TV online.
It was advertises as "in-stock".
I called and they confirmed it is "in-stock" and asked me to order on-line.
So I did.
Few days later they called and said they will not send that model, but something else for more than twice the price. I asked to cancel the order.
But by then, they already had my credit card number. I am not sure if it has anything to do with it, but soon there was fraud on my card and i had to close it.
Scammers - Misleading - Avoid
Scam - Ordered LG OLED55E7P TV. Received email order confirmation and then an email to call TVsuperstores to further confirm order. During that call I was informed the TV I was buying was discontinued. When I pointed out that it was a current year model, I was informed it was an import version of inferior quality and performance to the U.S. version and would have no factory warranty. (I think these are referred to as grey market TVs.) The upgrade to the U.S. version was about $800 or near 75% more than their internet listed price. No where in the description of the TV was it noted that it was an import version, nor is an alternative U.S. version also listed. Further, nowhere in the TV description is it noted that there is no factory warranty. Scammers. We'll see if they cancel the order and do not charge my credit card as stated by them on the phone.

This company is responsible for customers loosing credibility on internet purchases.. Bought 75 inch Samsung, was advertised $900 below competitors. All lie. 15 days later still waiting for shipping information. My card was not billed. Called and they said the "confirmation" department would return my call, that was 4 days ago, still waiting. Decided not to waste my time any longer, cancelled my card will buy it on an actual store. If its too good to be true... it is. Dont trust any advertising for TVs below competitors.
Scam Run Away Fast as you can!
Scam! Run away as fast as you can. Your bank won't even help you, they take the side of the merchant. The merchant clearly uses bait and switch and doesn't even have Legitimate LG products. According to LG website they are not authorized to even sell LG products. The panels are made in Mexico vs South Korea. You will just lose money and have headaches with them. Hopefully karma comes around and takes care of this company. They also go by eastcoasttvs.
THEY TRIED A BAIT AND SWITCH WITH ME
THEY TRIED A BAIT AND SWITCH WITH ME. AFTER I SAID NO WORRIES ILL TAKE THE ORIGINAL TV, 4 DAYS LATER THE TV IS ON HOLD AS PER SAMSUNG.
TV Superstores BS
I had the same bait and switch experience as nearly everyone else when trying to order in an 86 inch LG 4K TV. I got the call from sales trying to tell me that the TV I had ordered was "8 bit" and not nearly as good as "12 bit." I also had to sign a warranty waiver, otherwise LG would not permit them to sell this TV to me. The "12 bit" version was, of course, an additional $2,700.00.
Fortunately, I did not come down with yesterday's rain. This is total BS. This particular model TV comes one way. For a feature to be different, the model number would have to be different. Plus, I spent nearly a week researching LED TVs and their features and not once did I come across any discussion about "bits." You won't see any discussion of it on LG's website either. That is because it is a story they made up to try to talk over your head and make you feel uninformed. Lastly, LG would never insist that a customer waive a warranty in order to authorize a purchase.
I cut the conversation short and told him to cancel the order. Yes, I could have argued back-and-forth and maybe have gotten the advertised TV for close to the advertised price, but I'm certain there would've been delivery issues, or the TV would have been refurbished, or some other sort of problem that simply isn't worth the money saved. Take your business to a reputable store.
We read the bad reviews after we placed …
We read the bad reviews after we placed our order for an 82" Samsung 10-bit TV. We had an "Oh crap!" moment at the time, but everything went great! The TV arrived yesterday and is all set up and working fine. We love it! Peter was our sales guy and he provided info to help us choose the TV that was best for our needs; it never felt like he was trying to up-sell us. Our other concern was the length of time it might take to get to us (we live in Arkansas) but it only took 10 days, just like Peter said. We would definitely recommend TV Superstores.
Total scam
Ordered a 3d TV and was called a few days later to be told it was discontinued. They recommended another TV. It arrived and was twice as expensive and not 3D. Very deceitful. Do not buy from this store!
STAY AWAY! SCAM
As a return customer, they have done this trick more than once. The price they advertised is definitely the lowest, however everytime we place an order, the very next day, they would call and said it was the wrong price. The lowest price was meant for the products that was made out of sea, and the quality will not be the same. If we want the same one that we chose to buy, which came with the same information, there will be additional of $700 more. Srew you! Get your act together as a company. Advertise at the price that you would like to sell. Dont waste other people time. Definitely not worth the headache. Spend your hard earned money wherelse.
Non-Retail verison
Was told 7k projector that is not "retail version" when I didn't sign a "Warranty waiver form". Nowhere stated on website. No thanks!
Total Bait and Switch
I ordered a television. They then tell me the one that I ordered is not a "retail model" but a commercial model made in Asia not Mexico. Since all of Vizio's Televisions are made in either China or Taiwan this makes no sense. They then wanted to sell me a different television for more money. One that, according to CNET, is not nearly as good. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE BAIT AND SWITCH ALL STARTS
You can order it but you may not get it!
I would not recommend wasting your time with Tvsuperstores.com. Tried purchasing an Epson 5030 projector that they said usually ships in 2-3 days. After 3 weeks I called to find status and they informed me that they do not have the projector but were looking for one to fill my order and to standby. They gave me some hope that they would be able to get one, so a month later I called again and they still were no closer on filling the order. The saving grace is that they did not charge my credit card, but they did cause me to waste over 2 months waiting for nothing. I don't understand this business plan and after talking to the sales manager, they will not change any time soon. They find nothing wrong with this and only blamed their wholesaler. He actually gave me attitude for even providing him customer feedback on how they are currently doing business. Sounds like this is far from an isolated experience with this company in reading other reviews. There are certainly better companies to support than this one, who obviously care little about their customer.
Yup...bait and switch
I have read the review on here and I wanted to confirm if it is true or not. Most of these review are true. David is the famous guys on here. Guess who I got when they emailed back asking to call to confirm my order...David. David process to tell me about China made Tv vs. Mexico story. Like everyone have mentioned on here. I ended up cancel the order. I knew what I got myself into and expected what to do if I could not buy the TV I want.

Bait and Switch
As the title says, the people at TV Super Stores practice the old dishonest business trick of bait and switch. They advertise an almost "too good to be true" price and than after you place the order you either have to call their confirmation number or they call you. They'll feed you a story that you actually ordered the inferior version of the TV made in Asia and that you'll want to get the official version made in Mexico, the "same ones" on display at Best Buy. According to the rep on the phone the TVs made in Asia use 8 bit panels and don't have true HDR support and aren't nearly as bright. Of course the rep on the phone will be more than happy to upgrade you, but for an extra cost, which puts you at almost the same price as the big retail giants like Best Buy or Amazon.
I rather spend a little bit more and purchase a TV from a more reputable company than save a few hundred dollars and purchase from people who use dishonest tactics to get a sale, not to mention I've read that they are a pain to deal with to get them to honor their warranties or returns. Good luck with them if your TV arrives with a cracked screen as they are reluctant to help you. The TV manufacturers won't help you either if your TV starts to get problems down the road as TV Super Stores is not an authorized TV dealer, they're just one of those shady TV stores in NY which are a dime and dozen over there.
Bait and switch scam
Yesterday I purchased a new 78 inch Samsung TV. Today I received email that I should contact to confirm purchase. I talked to David. He said the TV is made in Asia instead of Mexico and has no warranty. I asked him if he means Samsung does not provide the standard one year new TV warranty? He said yes. I told him to cancel my order. Few seconds later he called back but I didn't wanted him to up sell me. So I just cut it short and asked him to cancel my order. Going to a legitimate store. Don't order a thing from these people. They advertise low prices but then play around. They just waist your time.
Scam Artists
There is a reason the price as shown is significantly less than everybody else. You are not going to get the unit advertised at that price. You will either be upsold to pay more for something else ypu have not researched or compared, or in my case, you will end up with a refurbished unit at a new unit price (major defect included) and then fight with the manufacturer literally for 15 months. Do not buy from these lying, conniving thieves.
Misleading sales practices
Found this company through Google shopping where they had the lowest price by far for an Epson 5030ube projector. I therefore placed an order. I received an email asking me to call to verify the order; so far so good. However when I called the sales rep told me that I had ordered a 2014 model and that Epson no longer offered a warranty. However, for a mere $600 more I could buy the 2015 model which had an updated lens and processer. I checked with Epson and there is no difference between the 2014 and 2015 models except firmware. This company lies to you to get you to buy the same product you ordered at a higher price. Funnily enough, when I declined the 2015 model and wanted the '2014' model it was suddenly out of stock.
Awesome experience. Above and beyond great customer service.
After having a horrible experience with another company I will not name (however I did leave a review of my horrid experience) this company restored my faith in good customer service.
No, they are not pulling a bait and switch scam. They have a TV listed on their website that is no longer available for purchase but is still listed for sale all over the Internet and local retailers. I purchased this TV, the Samsung curved LED TV model JU7500F. Mere moments after I had placed my order they called to inform me the TV is no longer available as it is last year's model and no retailers have it in Stock nor are any others being manufactured as a new 2016 model of the same TV has been released. David was very very helpful and offered to find me a comparable set at a comparable price. We found a few as he patiently waited on the phone with me as I browsed the TVs he recommended that were around the same price, some even cheaper. However as an avid gamer I wanted a 4k UHD smart tv with low response time, amazing picture quality and at least 120hz with true motion technology or an equivalent. David found me this year's model of the same TV with a few serious upgrades over last year's model but it was over what I could afford.
Because of the other TV not being available and my order going through, he worked with me on a price we were able to agree upon, and he even threw in a few large upgrades to compensate for my disappointment in not being able to get my first TV choice. I ended up with this year's upgraded model of the TV with much better specs and color quality for a little more than the first set I had ordered. Even though it was a tad more expensive than the original TV he seriously discounted it to get me within my price range.
I will, and have recommended this company multiple times because of my amazing experience with David and his customer service excellence. I'd like to thank David and Neil for the great experience and I have and will continue to purchase more items from them.
I'm super excited to get my tv and have it hung on the wall. It is a great improvement having a 65" over my measly 47" and the curvature of the TV will prevent the screen stretch during long panning shots during games movies and regular television. Thank you TVsuperstores.
great sale
bought lg curved and was able to get extended warranty and insurance the whole way over. they knew everything about the the tv.. insane amount even regarding different types of mounts and stands, positions on the walls etc..
