Horrible experience we ordered four tyres and received confirmation email advising to contact Gary Crick dealership appointment confirmation to fit tyres made .
On Arrival no record of appointment and only 2 tyres delivered to the dealership and service department was in disarray and spent 30mins before leaving..we are currently in discussions with tyresales regarding the issue.
Not happy and time was taken off work to attend.

Tyre range and price are excellent and delivery was fast, I would highly recommend.

The service from your end was quite good. The problem came with the fitment centre and the way it was listed. Cricks (more likely Crooks) at Springwood.

We chose them because they were close and offered a Saturday morning service. A COMPLETE LIE.

When we contacted them, s high handed dame informed us that they don't fit tyres on a Saturday morning and you have to come during the week. Not only that, they do not fit tyres before 10.00 am or after 2.30 - very inconvenient because my wife (whose car is the one concerned) would have to take time off work to get two tyres fitted. Seriously, is this tyre fitting or a heart transplant??????

Oh and by the way, the free car wash does not apply in the afternoon. This crowd needs to be cut down to size. Who do they think they are????

YOU NEED TO REMOVE THESE DREADFUL APOLOGIES FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER FROM YOUR LIST OF OPTIONS BEFORE THEY RUIN YOUR BUSINESS.

As a parting shot, they NEVERr rang us as they were supposed to - we had to ring them out of frustration several days receiving notification that the tyres had arrived.

Quick and easy to shop, buy and organise fitting on quality tyres and good price. So good, the Bridgestone store I organised to fit them were really quite grumpy that I didn’t go to them direct.

Tyres arrived before expected delivery and received text message from Bridgestone straight away, they were fitted ahead of the ETA date.

I rang and got advice on what l was needing and being a female wanted to make sure that the tyres l was ordering were correct. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The site was easy to navigate and the businesses that can fit the tyres. The company that l chose was also brilliant. Thank you for all your help. I will be visiting you again soon for new rear tyres.

Excellent job Smooth transition. Great in everything apart from pricing. It seem tyresales are a bit expensive as compared to other online website. For example Tyroola. The same tyres were that at much cheaper rates. The only reason I went with them as didn’t want to change the brand loyalty. Hope tyresales will take my this comment as a concern from a regular customer. Thank you.

The site makes it easy to choose the correct tyres & gives a variety of brands & price range for budgets. Prompt delivery of tyres to nominated service centre.

Quality tyres at a very competitive price. The fitting service included was also handled very well and I would recommend it to anyone. The only downside is that you can't always get the exact tyre you want at the time you want it but if you are able to be a little flexible (eg equivalent tyre from another quality manufacturer) there are some great bargains here.

Great services & very friendly staff, especially the Manager in charge. Honest advice too, regarding the need for wheel alignment when not swapping 4 tyres.
