I would give zero stars If I could, This company is absolutely shocking to say these least. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Save yourself time and money.
I ordered my fiance a personalised, authentic walkout hoodie for Christmas. I place this order on the black Friday back in November, after two weeks my tracking number still didn't work.
I emailed the customer service contact and recived an email back the next day. They gave me 3 options because the crypto patches were in high demand and they are having issues with supplies. (understandable I thought)
Option 1 was a refund so I emailed back asking for just that. I am now five emails in and yet to receive a response or a full refund. It is not long until Christmas and I am now out of pocket and a present down. Thanks alot, poor standards to say the least

Ordered Monday, received Friday. Can't complain with that! Decent enough quality - although now the Reebok deal is over, the new t-shirt's aren't quite as good as the old ones.

Don't understand all the bad reviews - Customer service was great and responsive when I had a shipping question, item received within a week, and great quality UFC gear! would order again :) The only feedback is that the parcel tracking system they use on Shopify doesn't automatically let you know the name of the courier, so it can be hard to track your item.

Been a month and a half since my order and still not arrived. Still waiting for my order. Don't order from here .Can't even call them for anything , all corresponce by email only .

My order was sent, but never arrived. Tracking is telling me it's on the way back to the UFC warehouse, but that was two weeks ago and counting...

I've enquired numerous times, but they're waiting for the product to be returned before they do anything about it. They've since stopped responding to my requests for a refund, as I just want this unnecessarily difficult process to be over.

All-in-all, bad service and bad customer service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered one hoodie and t shirt 1st of March 2021. Payed immediately the price and the delivery fees to the UFC store EU. Because its sent to Bulgaria I payed additional delivery fees. Its already two months and I never had information where is the parcel. When I did not recieve the items I started to think they scammed me because the lack of update for the tracking of the delivery. As of today 6th of May 2021 they ignore my emails since the last time they responded I asked for a refund of the items because I never recieved anything. I sent multiple emails and they are simply ignoring my emails. Phone calls are not working so they most likely scammed me. If someone wants to see I have proof of everything with email correspondation.

I'm obsessed with the UFC, been watching which seems like forever, my favourite fighter ever is Robbie Lawler!!!

I submitted a review on the 5th of february 2021, saying dont buy from this site. I actually bit the bullet and ordered again 2 days later as a hoodie i wanted was in the sale but guess what i have been let down again. I recieved confirmation that my payment was accepted and then an email saying your item is on its way and was even provided with a tracking number.
A week later i decided to put my number in to the tracking app and i was so angry to find it was not recognised.
I then contacted the customer service department who said they would look into it and ensure my item would be sent out. Nearly 5 weeks later and after numerous emails back and forth the company have said my parcel is lost in transit and i will recievr a refund.
I have asked for a senior contact within the company as this isnt right.
I love martial arts and the ufc but the uk section of the company is disgusting.
Please, please do not purchase from this site as they are absolute rubbish.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I placed my order for a promoted "UFC 1" poster on the 20th of November 2020, I received an email confirmation of the order so I forgot all about it. As the weeks went by I realised that I had not received it so emailed them on the 10th January to which I received an automated email. I then after no communications emailed them again on the 12th of January and received a further automated email. I then received an email saying my order is on its way on the 13th of January without any explanation. Upon contacting them again I found out the order was being shipped from USA, as I had bought from the EU store this mean I was now going to incur import fees as it is coming from USA. Before arrival I had to pay £41.70 import fees. The poster arrived and to say this is the worst quality product I have ever purchased is an understatement. I could of printed it better with my own epsom printer. I will be requiring a full refund (including import costs), the poster is never going to make it on to my wall.

Placed an order and within 12 hours one of the items I’d bought was advertised at half the price. No response to emails and still awaiting half of my order 2 weeks later.

It’s a shame as I won’t use these again and getting genuine UFC Merch is difficult in the UK

Placed an order on the 4th December, no update on the order for two weeks. Contacted ufc eu for an update who only provided a tracking link which showed delivery attempts when none had been made. No dispatch emails or contact attempts made by ufc store.

Customer service team do not address all points or concerns within emails leading to no resolution.

I was a bit worried if it would be a reliable seller because ufcstore.com has a lot of negative reviews. However, I have a very positive experience and I am very happy with that but also a little surprised about it, haha.

I ordered Conor McGregor's Funko Pop on Friday.
3 days later, on Monday, I received an email from ufcstore.eu that they had shipped my order, the tracking code was also in the email. I also received an SMS from RoyalMail with the tracking code.
3 days later, on Thursday, my Funko Pop arrived in perfect condition, at my home near Rotterdam in The Netherlands. Package box was not damaged, it had stickers with "fragile" on it. the box containing the Pop was wrapped in bubble wrap. both the Pop and the box of the Pop were completely undamaged! I am very happy with my order and the extremely fast delivery! Delivered in 6 days !!!
