Asked for options regarding debt and they tried selling me and Iva, they said they didn't recommend any other option. Also got really standoffish when I asked about a pause, and the advice really wasn't tailored to my exact situation!

Do not use this company they will leave you in serious trouble.

Cold called my wife trying to hard sell an IVA, luckily I am a FA asked very pointed questions around how this would effect the credit file. was flat out lied to told the wrong information around implications and when I asked to make a complaint was hung up on. didn't follow any FCA procedure. Avoid like the Plague, and make sure you fully understand the implications of what you are doing!

Great to find solutions about the credit cards and overdrafts, but could be better if we don’t need to change bank and open a new bank account, probably with a not familiar Or we’ll known (online) bank.
