Update. Very agressive phone call off Aly he had informed me I wont be getting a refund as I have left bad google reviews and trust pilot reviews. So blackmailed. Told me im a Bull*****er down the phone horrible man.

Terrible experience with a pushy company that will negotiate and pester till you pay and then completely lose intrest and be dismissive of your concerns once they have your money.

Initial consultation was scribbled on to a plain sheet of a4 with all the other consultations of the day. Which then kept blowing on to the floor every time the fan rotated.

Went in for my hairline talked about my hairline only. Then once I had paid the deposit I dodnt recieve the receipt I had to keep pestering for it to be sent. As soon as I said ok just send me my money back they put me on to Aly. This is when aly kept gping on about the implants on my crown. Initial consultation had been adding extra notes for things to try and up sell me on. Or perhaps I had got confused with all the other consultations scribbled on to the same sheet of paper.

Now Aly is clearly a top salesman and can talk the talk. I am in the military so having time off is limited and I was told after 2 weeks you can go back to full physical activity no worries at all. On further research this is not true at all it is likely to be between 4 and 6 weeks where I will be unable to do full physical activity. I was lied to yet again in order to keep my money. Now that I have pointed out that I paid a deposit on false information and will require a refund, the communication has completely stopped from UK hair transplants.

Get on redit get on trust pilot see the real reviews for yourselves (with the horrific pictures) not the ones that their employees / friends and family have done for them.

Oh and if they say there is a limited 50% off you need to pay or youll miss it. This is also a scam there is always a 50% off deal. Just another marketing strategy

The worse experience i have ever face. They are not what they are on their websites. After hair transplant, I keep messaging them because I got infections. But they did not bother. And I end up to A & E, where i get treatment.
I keep chasing the doctor and hair Consultant and got their reply after 4 to 5 days. Wednesday i text them and I got reply on Friday, and then I Friday message but they replied on Sunday night. And refuse to treat me and ask to go and see my GP. They are after their money and their service is pathetic.

Went in expecting a hard sell and got the opposite. The doctor talked me through what would actually work for my hairline instead of pushing the most expensive option and gave me proper time to think about it. I went back with a list of questions and they answered every one without making me feel daft.. Booked in for october off the back of it.

Had my fue at here back in January and now 6 months in, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. Really happy with how it's turned out so far.

I had my hair transplant with UKHT in October 2024 and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I raised a formal complaint with UKHT by email and gave them 14 days to respond. After receiving no response, I allowed an additional 5 days, but I have still not received any reply.

I also contacted Ali via WhatsApp. His response was simply, “Hi, how can we help?”, which gave me the impression that my formal complaint hadn’t even been read. Rather than addressing my concerns, I feel the focus has been on encouraging me to return to the Walsall clinic to purchase additional treatments to “boost my hair follicles”.

During my transplant, there were three people in the room. The main surgeon/doctor was frequently leaving and returning, often not remaining in the room for more than around 20 minutes at a time, leaving much of the procedure in the hands of the technicians. This left me questioning the level of supervision throughout my surgery.

I was advised that around 2,000 grafts would be transplanted and that I would have a defined hairline. The final result is nowhere near what I was led to expect. I have noticeable bald patches, visible lines, and an outcome that I am extremely unhappy with.

Since then, I have had consultations with three other hair transplant clinics. Each of them expressed concerns about the standard of the work carried out and advised me not to allow UKHT to perform any further procedures on my scalp.

UKHT have maintained that because I received the transplant, they cannot issue a refund. They have also stated that my complaint was resolved last year, which I do not agree with. At my September 2025 appointment, I raised concerns about the outcome, but I was simply told they were happy with the result before the conversation moved on to selling additional products. My complaint was never resolved. Just look how far the gaps are between hair follicles!!

Having now given UKHT every reasonable opportunity to deal with this complaint, they have failed to respond or provide a satisfactory resolution. I will now be issuing a claim through the Small Claims Court and will be relying on my emails, WhatsApp messages, photographs and other evidence.

I also intend to report my concerns to the relevant regulatory and healthcare bodies responsible for overseeing standards within the sector so that my experience can be properly considered. In addition, I will be sharing my experience with my social media followers to help others make an informed decision.

Please do your research before choosing a hair transplant provider. Read reviews carefully, ask questions, and make sure you’re confident they genuinely reflect patients’ experiences before committing to treatment.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others are aware before committing to this clinic.

I entered into an agreement for a hair transplant procedure, however the main surgery was never carried out as I withdrew my consent prior to the scheduled date due to concerns that developed during the process.

Despite the procedure not going ahead, I have still been held liable for a significant financial agreement. Being expected to pay for a treatment that never took place has been extremely stressful and difficult to accept.

Throughout my experience, the process felt far more sales-driven than medically focused. I made it clear that I had concerns about affordability, however I was asked about my finances and encouraged to consider borrowing money or taking on additional credit, which made me feel uncomfortable and under pressure.

I also experienced inconsistencies in what I was told. Initially, I was given the impression that I would have flexibility in designing my hairline and achieving a certain outcome. However, closer to the surgery date, this changed, and I was told those expectations were not realistic. This significantly affected my confidence and ultimately led to my decision not to proceed.

Communication was also confusing, with multiple contact points and differing information provided throughout.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic and would strongly caution anyone considering entering into an agreement with them, particularly where finance is involved.

First impressions were positive

However , after the consultation the consultant then informed me that they were doing a “one off” 50% off winter deal and that it would be ending a few days later

Obviously hearing this at the time I wasn’t going to let that happen”one off” deal slip away …….. hence why I put a small deposit down and transfer more a few weeks later

After having personal health issues since , I’m unable to follow through with the operation

In the meantime I noticed they’re (UK Hair transplant) have had the same 50% offer ever since ……… even to this day

Spoke to Khan about a refund , he was in total denial and refused me even to speak to the relevant person regarding my request and concerns

Disgusting customer service and quite frankly false information regarding the one off 50% offer

Total scammers… I am out £300 as they refuse to return my deposit… I wish I had listen To my gut… STAY AWAY!!!!

This company seems to be a scam. I came for a consultation, was given a discounted price if I put down a deposit. I decided not to go through with it, but after repeated requests for a refund, I haven't received it.

Update: I recieved the refund in the end....but it really took persistance.

Nothing but a scam, never call when they are scheduled… seem to have several other phone calls and emails nothing to do with a hair transplant. Seems they have just sold on my details.

I have been hounded with 6 emails to confirm (and re-confirm) a first free video consult appointment apart from whatsapp mssgs. The emails have been sent in hourly intervals leading upto the appointment. I also received 2 calls at nearly 7PM yesterday to re-confirm the appointment (Is that a time to call customers un-announced???)

The most interesting part however is that no one calls at the appointed time - so is basically a 'No-Show'. Such Harassment! I cannot believe this business is still running! Please do not bother to call back / email ever again.
