After checking your case, we can confirm that the item was returned using our website’s return label. Under normal circumstances, once the return label shows the package as successfully delivered, our system automatically processes the refund.
However, according to the tracking information associated with your return label, there are no logistics updates or delivery confirmation available. As a result, the system was unable to verify that the item was physically returned, and the refund could not be automatically issued at that time.

Amazing bras, excellent customer service
I cannot fault this company at all on their customer service. I ordered two bras that were too small and the team helped me pick out the best size and style for my shape with lots of advice and a really thorough check the make sure the replacements would fit.
The bras themselves are amazing. I’m a 34GG and struggle so much to get comfortable and supportive bras that aren’t painful or frumpy. These feel so soft and comfy but really lift and support you. They are so comfy you don’t even feel like you are wearing one.
I’d highly recommend and thanks again for all the support! The team have been fantastic 👏🏻

Shipping is terrible
Everything was fine, except paying an extra £5.99 for fast shipping was a waste of money it took longer than your normal shipping. What a waste and unreliable shipping.

The swimwear I've ordered is stunning
The swimwear I've ordered is stunning. I'm a fairly fit,slim 56yr old but needed slightly more coverage than in the past and im also very long bodied.
Swimsuits are stunning- fab design with ruching, tummy control but also a sheer panel. A fab optical illusion that I'm slimmer and more toned than I am!
Delivery was a little slow but that's probably me being spoiled with next day delivery!
