My order arrived on time but with problems
My order arrived on time, but following on I required to exchange 1 item as it was too small.
I found the return's/exchange procedure long and time consuming as no telephone number was available to speak to someone.
Eventually I was able to sort the problem out via the chat line, but it was time consuming and tiresome.

I'll keep this short. Ordered item on 28th November. Despite a couple of communications suggesting it had been shipped ( it hadn't) and one saying it had been delivered ( it hadn't) on the 8th January I am still waiting!!! Merry Christmas Indeed. I've apologised to my wife for not getting her a present......

Had to order bigger size to fit bust on…
Had to order bigger size to fit bust on second order but bottoms were enormous. Size to fit bottoms meant bikini tops were obscenely small. Apparently you can order separately but I didn’t know and didn’t realise they weren’t true to size. I now have four bikinis and mix and match the two larger tops with bottoms from other bikinis. Descent quality though.
