Poor battery life

Poor battery life. I’ve attempted to contact the Customer Services; no response received. Don’t buy this product

Great Security Cameras

I’ve been using Eufy Security Cameras for a number of years. I’ve contacted Customer Support for advice and have had quick responses back. Would highly Recommend Eufy.

Recommended and straight forward

Very easy installation guidance. I have fitted outdoor wireless cams, indoor wired cams, an E340 doorbell with Homebase 3. The system has been in for a couple of weeks and works well, so far. I am feeling more secure than previously.

Late and slow response times on…

Late and slow response times on doorbell and cameras...rarely catching the action. Homebase desperately slow too. Sadly I recommend to my son using the referral link, Eufy not paying referral bonus! Very poor customer support! Avoid!

Shocking Customer Service !!! Be aware

I recently purchased the Eufy E25 robot vacuum and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The main issue was that the machine would not dispense the floor cleaning solution while mopping. It was simply running over the floor without releasing any chemicals or cleaner, making the mopping function completely useless.
I contacted Eufy customer support and was asked to record and send a video showing the problem. I did exactly as requested. After that, they emailed again asking for additional photos. I provided those too. Then they asked for more information. This back-and-forth continued repeatedly.
I have now sent around 10 emails trying to resolve this issue. Instead of offering a solution, replacement, or repair, they have simply stopped responding altogether. I am now being completely ignored.
The aftercare service has been absolutely disgusting. For a product at this price point, I expected far better customer support. A faulty product can sometimes happen — but being ignored by customer service is unacceptable.
I will not be purchasing from Eufy again, and I would strongly advise others to consider this before buying.

Don’t shop with Eufy

Please don’t buy any items directly from Eufy. If anything goes wrong with the item their replacement is very poor. Zero star for the faulty items replacement.

Have to have super duper WiFi for…

Have to have super duper WiFi for external cameras to connect. Constantly losing signal. Solar charging is useless. Camera has died after 2 weeks.
What the don’t tell you is that they are just like a doorbell and only record when triggered so waste of money for a security camera if you want constant coverage.

Great video doorbell but a little difficult to connect

Really like the video doorbell. The video quality is excellent, the motion detection and zone tailoring is very good.
Playback of events is easy on the app and, of course, subscription free!
The twin camera is also very useful (to show package delivery).
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that connecting to the internet (router) was a problem for some reason and very frustrating!!!! ( can’t understand why any product would have difficulty in connecting to the internet in this day and age?). I had to try 10 times powering the router on and off before it inexplicably connected.
The plug in chime is also great but, a little tip , don’t rely on the QR code on the chime box as this didn’t work for me. I had to use the QR code on the base of the chime.
