My phone fell and screen was broken ,They took 3 days to reply only to ask for more photos and when I called they said nothing they can do and I need to wait 2 more days.
I dealt with different insurer before, had my mobile fixed the same day in my driveway.
This is the 1st and last time I am dealing with this company.

Extremely disappointing service — phone returned damaged and still no refund

I am absolutely disgusted with the way Protect Your Bubble has handled my phone repair.

I sent my phone to them after it fell on the floor and the screen went blank. They were unable to repair it within the promised timeframe, so they sent it back to me. Instead of receiving my phone back in the condition I sent it, I received it with the face hanging off. My phone was already broken, and now it has been returned to me in an even worse state.

I have been trying to speak to them for the last few days, but I am getting absolutely nowhere. All I keep hearing is “sorry,” with no proper solution, no clear explanation and, most importantly, no refund of my money.

I paid for a service and expected my phone to be handled with care. The way this has been dealt with is completely unacceptable. I am now left with a damaged phone, money taken from me, and a company that seems to have no urgency whatsoever in putting things right.

An apology is not enough. I want my money refunded and this matter properly resolved.

I would not recommend Protect Your Bubble to anyone based on this experience. If you are thinking of using them, think very carefully about how they will treat you if something goes wrong.

Super easy to make a claim and protect my device!

Just bought this insurance to protect my new phone. To purchase the process was easy enough, but we will see if and when I have the need to claim, how good the service really is. Until then I reserve my judgment

Far too difficult to deal with. Want IMEI number to be shown on order receipt ? I’ve never had a device with the IMEI on my receipt.

Having issues getting a password reset to access the account

I wanted to add an item to my existing policy but could not get you to answer the phone so I had to take out a new policy. I should have got a discount but didn't.

My phone died unexpectedly and Protect My Bubble were great. I was completely in stress mode and the lady on the phone sorted everything, took me through step by step and explained everything. The claim was approved same day and the device was fixed within several days of me sending it in (took a little time to get there due to weekend post but was speedy otherwise). Phone is fixed and now working great.
