We have reviewed your case and understand that you were disappointed by the excess payment required to proceed with your claim, which led to your decision to cancel both the claim and your policy.
As with many insurance policies, an excess is payable when a successful claim is made. This is standard practice across a wide range of insurance products.
The excess amount applicable to your Protect Your Bubble policy was provided during the online purchase journey before the policy was taken out.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. They make false promises.
I took out insurance for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, including loss and theft cover. I even paid extra to add this cover. However, when I actually needed to make a claim, they denied it and said that I hadn’t taken proper care of my phone.
If I’m expected to take care of my phone to that extent, then what exactly am I paying for with insurance?
I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the way my claim was handled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Bubble Insurance to anyone. Think carefully before taking out a policy with them.

Easy to do and just what I needed

My phone fell and screen was broken…
My phone fell and screen was broken ,They took 3 days to reply only to ask for more photos and when I called they said nothing they can do and I need to wait 2 more days.
I dealt with different insurer before, had my mobile fixed the same day in my driveway.
This is the 1st and last time I am dealing with this company.
