I used Scan.com to book a private MRI and the booking process was quick and easy, with clear pricing and good choice of locations and times. The clinic was professional, on time, and the staff were reassuring. The report itself was clear and thorough.

The only downside was the turnaround time: it said results would be within 48 hours, but my scan was on Monday and I didn’t receive the report until Friday. Aside from that delay, the service was smooth and I’d still recommend Scan.com for convenience and ease of booking.

Speedy appt. and results to send to GP . Useful simpler results ,and explanations for patients, helping to understand the MRIs. State of the art equipment allowing upper body to lie outside the tunnel for foot MRI.
Mobile Unit, hence less expensive than other settings, but with equivalent high quality scans and Radiologist's reports .
Quality pre scan telephone apt. with Practitioner . However the post scan call was unduly short and not so satisfactory , hence 4 star rating It would have been helpful to be informed that a relatively benign result of foot and ankle scan can be unsurprising , despite extremely high levels of pain . That they do not necessarily correlate. I suggest you offer the opportunity to read the simpler versions of results ,and request a second call if there are any questions.
NB I received an appropriate reply ,offering a second call to clarify questions on results , Hence moved rating from 4 star to 5 star!!
