Great service!
To be honest after some of the reviews I was really worried. But you answered my emails promptly. You picked up the phone when I phoned you. The service was great. So I needn’t of worried. The Taunton Diagnostic Centre team were good. The results came through on the second day.
The price was good and the centre is new.
I’ve used you before and I would recommend you to my friends.

Do not book online as date & place offered could be very different
Not a good experience. Certainly don't book online. I booked my MRI with them for about 5 days away, having spent best part of an hour researching online to find best appointment from them and others by day, time of day, distance and cost. I paid my money inc an extra £50 for a consultation on the results. Soon after I got a call from a consultant who ran through my symptoms/reasons for having scan. 2 days later I was phoned by the hospital to "book me in for my MRI" to which I said I'm already booked in. They replied that the booking is not guaranteed and they get a lot of this with Scan.com. In fairness, it does mention this on the website, although what I was offered was so far off the mark compared to what I'd booked that it begs the question why have a booking selection available online at all. I raised my concerns with them and was offered a refund less £50 (later reduced to £25 for goodwill) because I'd already had the pre-consultation. No wonder they were quick to act in that respect. As I didn't want to waste £25, I settled for one of their alternative offers. I happened to email them that I'd booked an appointment with the hospital and so didn't need a refund. At this point, instead of just accepting this, they re-commented on their arguments. I had no choice but to reply with my disagreement even though I'd accepted the situation and drawn a line under it. Next thing I know I've got a full refund in my bank, something that had neither been offered before nor been asked for (as I'd by then booked the appointment). Having said that, I was quite relieved to be done with them and start again.

Had scan and was told I would have the report within 24-72 hours ….. fast forward 8 days and I’ve been trying to contact them via every means possible ! Still no report !!!
Will definitely not use this company again or recommend!
I asked if they could authorise the scanning place to give me the report directly and they refused 🤬

Wouldnt book again.
After initial scan I thought this was alot easier than the NHS and told myself I would pay through this company every 3-6 month to measure my tumor growth, for taking the money and booking the scan I would rate it 5/5. HOWEVER - had a scan 26/3/26 and was told that I would have my results back quickly and still nothing. I have been phoning up practically begging for someone to just even send over my images without a report and still nothing - was told someone would call me yesterday and never got a call. Cant get through to anyone today. Feel misled by the process and I am really upset.

Fundamentally misleading booking, failure to provide promised refund
After reserving a scan via scan.com, the eventual offered scan was in a different region of the UK or on a completely different date. Still waiting for scan.com to resolve this or refund.
Eventually scan.com did agree to provide a refund. But then mismanaged the payment, resulting in it being held in a pending state and not credited to my account.
With no refund received and no service provided, I am now advised to legal action!

Booked a scan on 07/03/2026, got the referral on the 08/03/2026, the scanning centre couldn’t do date selected so not sure why have the option on website. Had the MRI scan at the Harborne hospital on 20/03/2026 was told results in 3-4 days still nothing.
Impossible to contact them phone line no agents. Live chat no agents, as option to chase results but they don’t get back in touch.
If I don’t get the report shortly a chargeback will be used against them, when you can’t even speak to anyone it’s very poor.
Avoid at all costs
