Uk Camping and Leisure Bewertungen

Ordered 2 items totalling £129 including £14,99 postage. Seller dispatched the cheaper item costing £35, charged the full postage and then told me they could not send the more expensive item as it cost too much to post. They issued a refund, but refused to give a refund on part of the postage. Bad service bordering on dishonesty.

Great prices and delivery (toilet chemicals)

I chose Camping and Leisure specifically because their product page advertised a fast delivery timeframe that suited my travel plans. That promise turned out to be completely unreliable.
The item was not dispatched when implied, the courier tracking was repeatedly changed, and a false delivery attempt was recorded despite us being at home the entire time. What was initially meant to be a time-critical delivery was eventually pushed back several days, making the item useless for its intended purpose and completely disrupting my Christmas plans.
What’s most disappointing is the company’s response. Rather than taking responsibility, they denied their own delivery messaging, blamed the courier, and offered no compensation, discount, or goodwill gesture whatsoever despite the significant inconvenience caused. Simply saying they are “beholden to the courier” is not an acceptable excuse — the contract and responsibility sit with the retailer, not the customer.
Busy periods are not an excuse for misleading delivery claims or poor customer service. If you need an item by a specific date or expect a company to stand behind what it advertises, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

I recently made my initial transaction with this firm, and everything went smoothly. I bought the Ridge Monkey XL Steamer, and the entire process was seamless, with a fantastic price and swift shipping. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the experience!

Good value, very quick delivery. Would recommend and will use again

My 2nd purchase. I had a great experience both times. Super fast delivery, great products for a reasonable price

Only bought pack of four CV470 gas canisters, but, they were the cheapest i could find and delivery, well, i think someone must have been spying on me when i hit the buy button, even a bolt of Lightning couldn't have been quicker!
Top Notch !!

Item as described and arrived very quickly and well wrapped. Will definitely be using again :-)

Looking for a specific product at a reasonable price - already had two of the director chairs. Delivery was relatively prompt and we got what we ordered

First purchase with this company, no problems at all. Ridge Monkey Xl Steamer. Easy to order, great price, quick delivery. Very happy customer!

I recently bought a outwell earth plus 3 tent every step was very professional it was the cheapest I could find and to my surprise there was an extra discount at check out delivery was as advised easily tracked and my tent was as advertised very happy cheers

Placed an order very easily, had what I required in stock. Made a purchase from this company before & was very please with the service, delivery was quick as well.

I purchased a vango caravan awning which sadly had to be returned under warranty for repair. Lois sorted the whole thing. Great service and communication. I would highly recommend 👌

Never received item ordered. Customer care was appalling and was made to wait nearly a month before they finally stopped sending me delivery updates even though the courier had already said that there was no delivery scheduled at all on their systems. Had to wait 2 months for a refund. Will never use this place again.

Brilliant service ordered water pump Saturday delivered Monday very happy and a good price.

Fast reliable service ordered two chairs received within a few days as described and no delivery marks

Very helpful and patient member of staff (Lidia) products are excellent and competitive pricing A very nice place to shop
