My mother ordered a kit for Christmas but they said the company was shutting down and refused to offer a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!

AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! Absolutely horrendous. We ordered 4 kits - 2 arrived, 1 missing, and 1 printed with a random name and no number on the back. They refuse returns, won't refund for the incorrect shirt, and so far my attempts to get a refund for the missing kit has taken 2 weeks with no success. They only reply once a day on whatsapp then you have to wait until the next day to get a reply. Every day they have a new excuse to delay the process and try to offer a different price for the refund (the price goes down every time!!) They said the missing kit is not in stock so offered me a totally different kit...no thanks! Despite it being out of stock they are continuing to sell it on their website - I doubt this kit ever existed. Do not order from them, they are awful scammers who steal your money.

They take your order and your money and then nothing arrives

They will keep ignoring you and then eventually reply with some nonsense about cancelled orders and again nothing

So I paid for nothing and have two very disappointed young sons

Ordered an England top. Over 2 weeks later, no product, no delivery date. I am just told there is an account issue and they have to wait for my account to be restored. Asked for a refund instead and again told the same excuse about my account. I would not recommend purchasing from this place again.

I ordered two kits and finally after quite a few weeks I have received one top! I’m still missing another top and the two sets of shorts !
Customer services is ignoring me ! So likely I’ll have to turn to my bank to help recover my money. Please avoid ordering so you don’t end up in this situation.

Terrible. Do not use. Purchased a Real Madrid kit with name on the back. After a three week delivery, missing a birthday, the product arrived damaged. Notified them immediately, communication with them is shocking and my only offer from them is for me to buy a new shirt with £5 off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a shirt for me and a kit for my son. My shirt turned up about 2.5 weeks after ordering but nothing for my son. I asked for a refund (via their Macau based Whatsapp number) only to be offered a kit for another bloody team!!! I am now using the chargeback process via my credit card provider to reclaim the cost of my son's kit and I will be reporting these scammers to the relevant authorities.

Terrible company.
I paid extra for a custom name but they sent the wrong name. They eventually offered a refund of £6.00 but now their account is 'frozen' and they can't refund. Keep telling me to order some else and will throw in a gift.

Undersized garments.
Communication is none existent.
WhatsApp number starts with a country code which does not exist!!
Email them and it just tells you to WhatsApp which you can’t because the country code they give is not legit.

Absolutely awful customer service ! Emailed 3 times asking when my kit would arrive, told me to go to a WhatsApp group for faster service I cannot access their WhatsApp number as it’s a +85 ???
The kit finally arrived I ordered size 8/9 kids for my 7 year olds birthday the kit fits my 4 year old !! It also arrived creased.
I emailed again telling them that the kit is too small and that the number given doesn’t work can they give me another number?? They replied telling me to contact via WhatsApp- with the same number!! 😡
I was hoping to purchase 3 more kits as Xmas gifts but absolutely no chance now!!
Do not buy from this site, you might be saving money but the chances of getting what you require isn’t likely to happen!!!!

Having ordered a football shirt on the 22/10 and then reading the reviews, I panicked and tried and failed to cancel the order. The shirt arrived today 01/11 and in perfect condition. Maybe I’ve been lucky but can’t complain!

I must have ordered my footy shirt from a different ‘UKKITS’ 🤔
Shirt arrived in relatively decent amount of time….shirt quality is excellent..had low expectations from reading some of the bad reviews on here..however pleasantly surprised…I also mistakenly ordered 2 of the exact same shirt and the guys at UKKITS refunded me after a short explanatory email 👍

Ordered my Luton shirt over 7 weeks ago, got told I will get a refund as tgey no longer have the shirt but still nothing, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

Shockingly bad service. Ordered quite a few kits, took ages to arrive. One was missing, no notification, they came back to me to say problem at warehouse....took ages to send me a different kit, when it arrived there was no branding on the jersey - they wont send out a replacement and are only offering a 30% refund! I just want a branded jersey for my little boy who is now upset that he's not got the team logo on his strip! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS

If i can give 0 stars, I would. It says parcel will be received 4 to 7 business days but it has been 9 business days and I have not heard from them. Sent emails and whatsapp msg and waiting response.

Wish I had read the reviews before but thought they were a UK company. No they’re not. They’re based in China. No shipment notification or similar. Item came with a mark on it. Socks did not match the advertised photo and look horrendous with the set. Customer service is poor. They take ages to respond and the compensation they offer is beyond ridiculous - they asked me to buy another tshirt and would ship my original order alongside again. No thanks. Not spending another penny on these scammers.

Just been reading the reviews, I wish I read them first, absolutely terrible company, I ordered a football kit for my grandson, it’s been six weeks now and still not arrived,emailed 10 times no answer, they say what’s app them, so I did they read my message and ignore me, will contact bank to get money back, don’t use this company just a rip off, stick to UK companies.
