We spent £82 pound on three kits for my son and it never came DO NOT ORDER a huge scam i hope no one makes the mistake I did

I am annoyed at myself for not reading reviews before hand

I had emailed and was told to message a number on WhatsApp which I did and they gave me a tracking number however this tracking has been stuck at Heathrow for a week with Royal Mail and it is under a tracked 48 label so usually Royal Mail would have delivered by now
Not sure what’s happening
As it stands I would say DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

hi i highly recommend to not order from here because on the 31 october i ordered a kit and 23 november i still havent received it ive sent emails i never even got a tracking code it seems like a massive scam to me

Scammers, ordered a a shirt 16 days ago still hasn't arrived. The tracking number they gave me is invalid. I have emailed them 4 times no response. Phoned the bank and got a charge back as they are scammers from china.

here’s an update so product is missing production code washing labels manufacturers labels well that’s a lie. One of the jerseys has one manufacturers name on the front and another manufacturers label inside yet this company will still not admit that they are counterfeit and I’ve offered me a £5 discount if I want to buy more products of them yet still no refund this is laughableplease please please. avoid like the plauge

Website says shipping in 1 working day, or 3 working days for personalised products. Order confirmation then says 10 working days to ship & up to 25 days for delivery. Even this is a lie.
They will take your money & you will not receive your goods.
There is no way to contact them except by email then the response is to contact customer service via WhatsApp, but no number is given.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Utterly garbage. Ordered a Plymouth Argyle strip for my kid and got sent an adult FC Köln top. Sent an email and got told they don’t respond to emails and got told to add a +82 number to my WhatsApp to speak to them. Lucky I paid through PayPal so got a full refund. This website is a con, scam and complete waste of time and money. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE!!!!!

Great shirts. Good quality. Good customer service. Good prices. Quick to dispatch. I would highly recommend. AAAA+.

Do not buy!!!! This is a scam and you will never receive the item. They use a fake address and take you money. I fell for it and I never received it luckily I got my money back.

Didn't receive my order and it was said to be delivered...just not to me ! Trying to communicate is like pulling teeth.and still no idea when orifice i will receive item or refund

I wouldn't even give it 1 star! DO NOT ORDER!!! It is fake! They have taken money off me with no order to show for it, this was money I had saved up for my sons for chrsitmas and I now can't afford to cover the money lost. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! I don't know how these people live with themselves

Such a slow service ! I'm still waiting for one top which was ordered over two weeks ago. I contacted them by email and was advised to contact them on Whatsapp , I got a message on Whatsapp saying 'Don't worry!'
I sent them my order number and they sent it back to me telling me what my order number was!?!
Never again!
I appreciate they're copies and not made in this country but blooming heck even Temu is quicker and more informative!

I came across this site and ordered a couple of kits for my boys as the price was amazing compared to some sites selling triple the price I then came across the reviews and regretted as thinking I wouldn't receive them and it was a scam site but 2 weeks later they arrived and really good quality too they are based in China which it says UK but I wasn't in any rush as their Christmas presents and I even received the shorts to one of the kits which I didn't order 😁 you won't be disappointed if you don't mind waiting 2/3 weeks

Ordered a football shirt on 25/11. Was told I would get a tracking number 2-7 days later. 9 days later no response so emailed customer email.
Was told by the email to contact a WhatsApp number for customer service. They were extremely unhelpful. Asked for a complaints contact as they were not resolving, was told they don’t have one!
Email contact asked me to screenshot the response from their own customer service.
Finally received the shirt 3 weeks later - quality seems ok but customer service needs massive improvement

Firstly I was waiting ages for t-shirt to arrived then it was faulty!
On the website says 14 days return and UK address and email address. However when you contact customer services they redirect you to WhatsApp number and they basically are WAREHOUSE IN CHINA! They don't provide UK return address just CHINA address. They aware how much is postage to China so it is not worth it to send it back.
Instead they giving you another suggestion. You can order a jersey directly from them, and they'll give you a suitable jersey as a gift. They'll also offer you a £5 discount and priority shipping. It's a SCAM!
So basically if you change your mind or ordered item its not fitting well, poor quality or faulty you are loosing money! And they aware about that!!!!

There should be a 🐶💩 review …. for this company…… one star is away to nice.
I can say, they are the worst company I have dealt with, no exaggeration.
and should go broke soon…..
Like all the other people that got scammed , they are a minus 500 stars 🌟 and should not be allowed to trade.
Their staff are as dodgee as the owners , I swear I was communicating with scammers …when trying to sort it out.

I ordered two women's Afc bournemouth shirts size M
they sent size S then try to get you to purchase two more shirts to receive the correct order
Total rip off merchants AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Sadly didn’t read other reviews before placing an order and despite chasing via email and WhatsApp (which doesn’t respond) my order hasn’t been received.

Ordered a top for myself and a personalised top for my son. Order took 6 weeks to get here and when it did the order was completely wrong. I got an XXL top and a XXXL mens top. Got in touch with them who would not send out my actual order unless I ordered something else and then refused to give me a refund. Then when they did agree to give me 60% of a refund they then said there paypal was blocked and could not do it. I am now down £70. Absolute scam. Which has been going on for 4 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
