Easy to contact,cleaned our windows in the daytime while we were at work ,free first trial clean,did a good job of cleaning the windows fair price,were planning on having them done now regular.👍

Great service leaving windows sparkling.
Occasional access to back of house limited, cleaner does manage to still clean over the fence sometimes.

My 1st clean with this window company, can't fault the service , didn't expect them to clean my doors and sheds doors too. Great service will definitely keep them, it's easier than me trying to get out and do them. They txt let me know what day they was calling, good customer service thanks. Highly recommend and will be using in future.

asked for a quote and took up the offer of the free clean. The windows and frames were new, few months old. I wouldn't have known they had called had it not have been for the letter through the door and the knocked over garden ornaments.
Even though it was just a quote and free clean, you get signed up for regular cleans and have to cancel if you don't want to be charged. This is pointed out on their advertising.
I emailed to cancel and received a reply back asking me to give them another chance. I replied no, want to cancel and have now been signposted to a 6 page cancellation form. It should not be this difficult to cancel something I haven't actually started yet.
Just wanted to advise that you need to put time in to cancelling, it isn't just a case of a quick email or call.

Update after uk window clean reply. The only contact after filling out an online enquire form was a text saying the service had been cancelled. After phoning the office to resolve this matter and saying I’d call back the next day for update. I am now been accused of blackmail and threatening behaviour. Which is quite ironic really when they say in their own words “ will forward my account to debt collection unless settled immediately”

Left my details for an online gutter cleaning quote on a property I let out. I was told someone who be in touch. A week later I’m getting a text saying they was unable to attend and would re arrange asap. Next thing I heard was today when I had a text and a email saying I owed money. After contacting customer service I was told someone did a gutter cleaning on the property and posted the invoice through the door. Seen as tho I don’t live at the property I never received it and the tenants never thought anything of it as no one came to the property while they was in. I never agreed or got given a price, time or date they just turned up when they wanted to carry out the work. Currently taking it up with the customer service department as I am refusing to pay the bill.

Fabulously discreet and efficient service. Would happily recommend this company. I have lots of high, difficult to reach windows and never an issue. Customer service is accessible and prompt when its needed.

Cleaning is very satisfactory. I asked for a change in the process whereby I was notified of the next visit and the request was dealt with immediately and politely.

I am always happy to recomment UKWC, as their service and standard of work is excellent.

The quality of work done on our windows is always very good, with flexibility on how regular they are cleaned. Occasionally some of the windows on our house are missed (but in fairness, we do have an unusually shaped house!).

We get our windows cleaned by UKwindowclean and they are great. Our windows are cleaned to a high standard
We also got out guttering cleaned out by them. The cleaner found a problem with our guttering ( it’s a newish build 3 years old and he found the builders had not drilled the hole in the guttering for the water to go down the down pipe in neither the front or the back. We were able to contact the builders who arranged for a plumber to come and drill the holes!)
We are just so thankful to the cleaner for spotting this so we could sort it out before it became a damp problem

I am very pleased with the service provided by Ukwindowclean. I now have sparkling clean windows even when the sun shines on them. I am particularly impressed that the sills have been cleaned. This is something that traditional window cleaners never seem to include.

They always come when they should or they let you know if they can’t and come back soon after.
They move the doormat away from the back door so it doesn’t get wet. I appreciate these little things

Startled awake at 6:30 in the morning… thought someone was breaking into my home! What kind of professionals would clean a window at that time in the morning? Canceled immediately!

If I could put a minus review I would. I have never met a more immoral company in my life. You need to be very VERY careful about what you input online using their quote site. The companies communication skills are awful. Sorry! But you need to think twice when using this company's on line quote system. Safe to say I am furious with these sharks.

Went for a quote,they took it as a job. They turned up, not contact, did the job and demanded £87.50. Do not use this dodgy company.
