1 star review is 1 star too many, but no option for 0 or negative stars!

Turned up when I was out at work (without me asking them to start cleaning the windows), "cleaned" 1 window (more like threatened briefly with the brush on a pole) , then posted a bill for £10 through the door!

Came home to find the one window they attempted to clean (again without permission) is now visibly scratched!

Annoyed does not even begin to cover my current feeling and not looking forward to the upcoming fight to get this damage repaired and paid for by these cowboys.

We thought the trial window clean was a great idea and were very pleased with the work. No streaks !!
Communication with the company was also very good

Easy to arrange, efficient with good communication. Would recommend them and will use the service again.

UK Window Clean is a fantastic window cleaning company. Filled out online form for free window clean and was sent an email to say my clean had been booked and they would come sometime in the week so I waited and waited but no one showed up and I had no contact from them to say it was cancelled. Tried to email to see what was happening but had an auto reply to say someone would be in touch with in 48hours. Not a very good first impression. I was going to be a regular customer but this company is not reliable and don’t communicate with the customer

Cancelled this company in February and paid account in full in March, since then they have recharged me and I have sent bank payments to prove payment twice but still they persist to threaten.
It is a really bad company that do not know what they are doing.

We booked our free clean a couple of weeks ago. We arrived back from shopping last Thursday to find our windows and frames had been cleaned and were sparkling and streak-free. Our previous window cleaner used a cloth, and no matter how hard he tried, would always leave streaks. There were also no footprints or damaged plants in the flowerbeds. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Company, and have arranged a regular monthly clean.

The team have been great. Windows always clean, they’re no hassle at all - im rarely home and they are able to sort everything out without my assistance which is what I was looking for. The customer service has also been fantastic. I didn’t expect this for a big company but they have been brilliant amending things for me. Paying via bank transfer very straightforward and hassle free too.

Easy to arrange and kept updated. The company explained the process and are very helpful. Explained newly fitted windows and Becky in customer care ensured windows will have an additional rinse. Responsive, professional company who always respond efficiently and in a friendly manner with the customer. Highly recommended thank you all.

UKWindowclean provide an excellent service. They are courteous and obliging e.g. they do not mind going back to windows if they do not entirely meet with your satisfaction. They also provide flexible cleaning intervals to satisfy different budgets.

Booked in for my first free/trial clean and everything seemed good. The service was booked on a 4 weekly basis for £16 a time (small house) but after only 3 weeks they turned up again and wanted to charge me for it. I emailed to ask why this had happened and received an apology so I paid on the assumption it was an honest mistake. I also requested that my service be moved to a 6 weekly basis instead. Sure enough after only another 3 weeks, they came to clean again. This time they wanted to charge me an extra £1 and wrote on the slip that the next clean would be going up to £19.50. So I emailed again telling them I wanted to stop any further services as they had now turned up twice a week early and were charging way too much for the size of the house. Once again they apologised, agreed to keep the price at the original £16 and confirmed that they would have my schedule set to every 6 weeks. Low and behold, 7 weeks roll past and no sign of the cleaner. I've now emailed to cancel all services going forward, won't be paying them another penny and have found a reliable cleaner who can complete for £12!
Absolute rip off company. Don't waste your time.

The service from UKWindow clean was 1st class, as was customer services. I can’t fault them at all, so very helpful.

Becky and the team were extremely helpful when managing our account, great service couldn’t fault it!

Have used UKWindowclean for years, they've always been polite in person and via email. They've been flexible with only charging for the front windows (when I forget to leave the gate unlocked) and for changing the frequency of visits when my budget varies. Recommended.
