I had ordered a bracelet for my husband for Father's Day. One of the links had broken. I contacted their Customer Support and emailed them a photo of the broken piece. They immediately went into action and are now sending me a new bracelet. Their customer service team is great to work with and I am very satisfied with this company.

Contacted the vendor, who immediately responded and advised that a replacement bracelet would be dispatched to me to replace the faulty one. I purchased the LUMINESSA I Perched Bracelet as a gift for my husband, but unfortunately, it was too small. I reached out to customer service multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue, but I was repeatedly told that my concerns would be checked and that they would get back to me. Despite my persistence, I never received a response.
I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. Not only was the bracelet the wrong size, but the lack of communication and assistance from customer service has left me feeling like I've wasted my money. I had high hopes for this product, but the poor service has made it a regrettable purchase.
