I purchased the silver couples bracelet set. From ordering to delivery was 3 days! Communication was excellent .
The presentation of the jewellery is beautiful and the quality and engraving is outstanding. I can't wait to give it to my husband. Thanks for the care and effort you have put into this purchase, it feels very special.

The team were amazing. Very quick to respond and help me with my order. I got two dog nose prints, one silver bracelets and one golden necklace and both are amazing.

My first purchase was a fingerprint charm and now I also have two necklaces with handwriting engraved on the heart pendants. I love the quality of the jewellery and the excellent customer service. The packaging is beautiful and delivery was quick. I’m sure I’ll be returning to buy something for myself or as a gift in the not too distant future. Highly recommend.

The most lovely and helpful company ever. I’ve had contact with them twice when my bracelet accidentally broke , which they were happy to take back and fix asap and were very clear with the instructions on how to send it back and also when I decided my bracelet would be better as a necklace with my job. They were happy to accommodate this need and had it changed in under a week. This is honestly the best customer service I think I’ve ever had and it’s so nice because what I ordered is very precious to me so it’s nice that they accommodate what you would like so well and understand the importance of every piece of jewellery. I had a Friendship morse code bracelet made for me, given to me by friends, of 50 years, for my 70th birthday. Unfortunately I broke it after 2 years of wearing. I got in touch with the company and they were wonderful, and couldn't have be more helpful. I received a completely new bracelet. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Under the Rose again. I purchased two necklaces for a considerable price for my children. One of these necklaces quickly turned black.

On contacting Under the Rose for a return and refund due to the issues they advised this wasn’t possible as it had been worn.

I’m very disappointed with the level of service I’ve experienced. I’ll return the unworn necklace and have to write off the money for the other necklace.

I have just received my dog nose print necklace and it is absolutely beautiful. It means everything to me to have something so special and bespoke. My dog is almost 14 years old and I am trying to find ways to keep him with me always after he crosses over the rainbow bridge. The nose print casting was effective even though I needed a second attempt because my dog is a wriggler!

Under the Rose couldn’t have been more helpful. They were easy to liaise with and gave great communication and customer service at every stage. The packaging for the necklace was super high quality too which made opening it even more special. I bought this for myself but it would be the most wonderful gift. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I bought an engraved bracelet as an anniversary present. It is beautiful quality and my wife loves it. Unfortunately I got the size slightly wrong and the service and communication that followed was exceptional. I wanted a keyring for my brother in law’s birthday; sadly after 14 years their beloved Labrador had to be put to sleep!
I wanted the key ring to be engraved with words that were so precious to their dog. He was a family member to us all and it choked me up when I received it and again when the present was received by my brother in law, so many tears!
The engraving was lovely, the key ring came in a gorgeous box too!
I was amazed at the quality and it will always be with him!

I have received the most wonderfully caring service from Ciara and team - I lost my son recently and my daughters had a bracelet made with an imprint of his thumb for me to carry with me. Unfortunately I lost it, and Ciara not only made sure I had a replacement as soon as possible but replicated a spare exactly the same as the initial order even though they no longer make the same bracelet. Can't express how impressed I have been so Ciara, thank you so much.

Purchased a personally engraved 'secret message' bracelet for my son for his 21st birthday. This was a very easy process, resulting in a great quality product being delivered quickly.
Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size....but the customer service, regular communication, and ease of sorting a replacement was exceptional. Cannot rate them highly enough - 5 stars on all aspects. Will be highly recommending to others, and using again.

I placed my original order and the jewellery arrived within 2 days. the quality is stunning and just the perfect gift for my husband to give our daughter on her wedding day. As this is a surprise, I couldn’t ask my daughter to try the bracelet on, but quickly realised I had ordered the wrong size. Frantically sent an email
over the weekend, on monday once Claire has received it, she replied and i was able to exchange for the next size up. clear instructions on what to do and I had the larger size by 6 days later. The service is first class and as for the jewellery that speaks for itself. Can not wait for our daughter to get her gift on her special day.

Bought a couple of items for my wife which she loved, had a minor problem with the second item and when I contacted them the customer service was exemplary, won't hesitate to buy again.

I purchased a beautiful bangle for my husband for our silver wedding anniversary. At the time I queried the size , as too small for a man’s wrist, as I could only just get it on.but was assured it was suitable. He’s only worn it on special occasions 5 or 6 times at the most, and it’s broken in half. What a waste of money!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I am more than happy to leave one for this company. I placed an order for a pearl bracelet with personalised birth date on for my partners 30th.
Great communication from the start, turned up next day before 1pm. The box is fancy and elegant. Came with a “for you” card which was a bonus and paying the extra £4 for a gift bag is worth the money. Great quality, minimalistic and perfect for any special occasion. Thanks again!

I received my beautiful fingerprint necklace exactly when I was advised I would, it was amazing, the print was so detailed and perfect! I had a few problems getting my prints but the customer service was excellent with their help and instructions. I will definitely order again.
