The used washer that I ordered was in great shape, with no unexpected problems at all. Good service! The delivery service was also great, timely with lots of notice on arrival, and quick and efficient removal of the old appliance and installation and hookup of the new one! Couldn't be better. I am very satisfied.

Based on our own personal experience we would not recommend this company nor will we buy from them again.

My fridge died on the day before company was coming for the Easter weekend! I was able to purchase a replacement used refrigerator with warranty the next day from Undervalue Appliances and they arranged for delivery that same day! For a small fee the old fridge was removed and the new one put in place. Price for the fridge was reasonable. I am very happy with the service provided.

Both the Owner that answers the phone calls and Sales Manager that does all the Facebook posts like to talk down to people like they are stupid. It is not unacceptable to ask to see a ‘used refurbished’ product before buying it considering the issues that some people have had in the reviews I have read. The contact address on BBB showing online is is the city’s low income housing area which is very suspicious. They also refused pay at pick up, I can’t understand how this company is still in business, their responses to people issues are just excuses. I will find products elsewhere with a company that is more professional in their handling of customers. READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE AND HOW MANY LIKES THERE ARE ON THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. In one the guy stated that he was told there was nothing they could do for him but if they did a 5 star review they would do something… so how many of the 5 star reviews are bought or because they were cornered into leaving a review to get their appliance repaired???

Makes staple appliances accessible and affordable to people who otherwise can’t afford to pay for brand new and keeps appliances from going to the landfill prematurely. Fast shipping too - my washer & dryer set arrived at my doorstep within 2 days and they took away my old set for only $19.95. The owner Andrew answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall I would give them my business again and recommend to friends and family. Everything started out fine. I found what I needed online for a great price. When I first spoke to the gentleman on the phone he wasn’t overly friendly but fine enough. I was not under the understanding that there would be nobody to help my husband load the dryer into our vehicle so he had to do it by himself. Just not sure how long we’re gonna be using social distancing as an excuse for not wanting to work…

They have really good deals when it comes to set for washer and dryers. Delivery and hookup of appliances along with small hookup services are great options with them.

Not good to deal with and care make about money than others

I was very happy with my fridge, however I was a bit stressed about how or when I could get delivery or pickup, as it was not next day as stated on website. There was sometime before I got a response.
