The parts are not OEM, probably because OEM stopped making them 10+ years ago. The parts I have were good quality and fit properly. I will definitely buy from here again.

This company had parts for my microwave oven that were difficult to find elsewhere. I didn't trust the quality I was getting from 3rd party suppliers on Amazon. Shipping was fast and price was competitive. On a previous order I cancelled before they shipped and they were terrific providing a full refund with no restocking or admin fees...that was impressive! I had to order 3 different parts to get the one I needed. Be careful when using AI to figure out which one you actually need! All the parts that came were either in original packaging, or were in previously opened boxes that were carefully sealed. All the parts appeared brand new regardless of the packaging. The one I ended up needing works flawlessly. The only downside to using this business is that they want you to pay the return shipping cost, which is fair, but not cost effective for a $35 part.

Hi this business should not operate in this country. They took my part back and they were supposed to give me in store credit since January of 2026 this year and i still didn't receive my in-store credit and I have to pay $350 for the part and they took the part back and took my money and I still waiting I urge everybody to stay away from this company

I ordered an oven bake element sold as WS01F11428, but the part I received was not the correct item. The geometry and support tab positions were different and did not match WS01F11428 reference images.

I submitted the company’s claim form, sent multiple emails, and provided clear photos showing the discrepancy. After that, communication stopped and no resolution was provided.

To verify the issue, I ordered a genuine OEM WS01F11428 from another seller. That part fit perfectly in my GE range JCBP80S P1SS, confirming that the item supplied here was not the correct part.
