Customer service was excellent, shipping was quick and didn't have to wait weeks. Chain is heavy and seems to be of good quality, even the clasp. Better than I expected.

I just want to say I have been a Ambassador for United Seven since 2019/2020, and ordered many different Cubanlink Chains from you all and I have never had any problems with any of my chains or Pendants. What I would like to see from United Seven is some promotional pics of a long time Ambassador like myself on your Social Media sites.

I ordered a second chain (since I loved my first one so much). The one I ordered arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. I felt it was a bit to small and wanted to get a bigger size. Emailed customer service on a sunday (of a holiday weekend), expecting to hear back the following week. Nope. Sam wrote me back within an hour and helped me so much w the quick and easy return. Thx again Sam!! Appreciate it. BTW love the clasp on these chains. Eric B

I bought a 12mm 24in cuban link necklace and absolutely love it! Unfortunately after about 6 months of non stop wearing (shower, sleep, swim, workout, run) the clasp started to loosen and wouldn't stay closed anymore.

I figured after 6 months I'd reach out and see if they could fix it or replace it (thinking I'd have to be somewhat responsible for the $).

The very next day I received an email from the company telling me they would be happy to send me a replacement chain at absolutely no charge to me at all!

Again, amazing company, people, products, absolutely recommend!!

Real quick…I hopped on a post about United Se7en the other day. And mentioned that, although I lived my chain, I was disappointed that some of the finish had peeled off. Sam came across my comment, and reached out to me about my issue. Long story short…after a few texts, I sent a photo of the issue. Without hesitation, he offered to replace my damaged chain with a fresh one. Totally unexpected!! Now, that’s some Customer Service for ya. Now, it looks like I will be buying the bracelet to complete the set.

The chain is awesome. And had a slight issue with the bracelet,but they got right on top of it and took care of it immediately. I'll definitely be ordering more stuff with these guys. This is a company that stands behind their product.

I bought a neckalace for my husband back in June for our anniversary, he loved it so much I bought the bracelet for him for his birthday. Needless to say he was pleased. They have excellent customer service and we will shop again!!!
