Wonderful chain, I got a 9mm 24” and Its very Eye catching, I get many compliments. Easy to put on and take off. I love how it looks I wear it everyday and its always shiny.

First thing is the quality and feel of these chains and bracelets.. You know they're just going to last even the clasp was easy yet secure...I wore my chain and bracelet everyday I never took them off and I got these back on Father's Day as a gift from my daughter... Only thing that has happened is the pin the clasp wraps around and locks onto itself has fallen out and I lost the bracelet while fishing on a lake and just recently the same pin fell out on the necklace chain but I was able to retrieve that... Keep in mind as I said I never take then off..I messaged United Se7en explaining what happened they did not have replacement pins but offered to replace both the bracelet and chain on my next order.. But my wife had already ordered a new bracelet the day I lost the first one so there replacing the chain for me. But as far as the product goes they feel very high quality and durable, probably more my problem because I never take them off and with that said they still look brand new, but nonetheless they offered me a replacement free of charge... And that's standing behind your product... Think here in the future I'll order the black steel set so I don't have to wear the stainless set everyday! Highly recommended product!!!

I placed an order for 2 chains. 1 silver and 1 piano black. When it arrived, the piano black had somehow not been included in its box. I immediately contacted customer service, where Phillip was just as astonished as I was. He assured me that it was a terrible oversight and would ship the chain asap. I received my gorgeous chain within 3days. Now thats OUTSTANDING customer service! Thanks again and continued success to the team!

I ordered the piano black chain, and it looked and felt, weightwise, awesome! However, through fault of my own, I ordered the wrong size. I got the 18", that fit more like a choker, on me. I contacted customer service, via email, and the response was quick as well as the solution to get me the correct size. I love a company that actually works the way they say they do in writing, as well as a product that matches, or even exceeds, their descriptions.
