Ordered the cuban chain and bracelet set, and was very happy with purchase and shipping time! Bracelet was a bit too big for my wrist but Sam was sure to respond to my return I request very quickly and has already made arrangements to send me the next smaller size down. I ordered the 8" bracelet as my wrist measures 7.5".
I think the 7.5" is the correct size for me!

Their marketing team did a number on me as far as social media goes. I haven't worn a chain in many years and the black piano chain definitely caught my eye. I placed an order on a Thursday, (note I purchased 2 chains) the black one is pre-order only for sometime in April. I ordered both 22".
I received my silver chain on Saturday evening. To my surprise, it fit very snug, which worried me that I had another chain pre-ordered of the same link.
According to videos I had watched, I decided to reach out the company. Philip is the one who communicated with me; gave me my options. They made it very easy for me to change the pre-order, and here I am on Wednesday morning, writing a review, wearing the replacement 24" chain!

I was very leary about purchasing from social media sourced advertising, but so far it's been good.

As long as come April, I get the chain I actually want...no complaints from me!!

You know, it’s so difficult to find a company that stands up to its name and product. United Se7en did just that. My wife got me the chain and bracelet for Christmas. I’m a crane operator and work very hard and long hours. This chain is freggin perfect for me! Stylish, sharp, looks badass! Thank you guys for living up to your name and OVER delivering on your product. This is my daily wear and will not be coming off for anything. The bracelet, I’m still nervous to wear it daily due to my line of work. Not the product. Ever seen “degloving” injuries. Imagine that with a bracelet. Lol. But, nonetheless. I ordered the 22”chain because the 24 wasn’t available in black,it was kind of short for my liking.
I contacted customer service and Sam gave me a few options,the exchange took all of 10 minutes.
This is a nice heavy chain.
