Despite it being the holiday season they still replied super quickly to my email and helped me see where my order is in the shipping process! While the shipping might take a while it is definitely not their fault and the lingerie I have received in the past is super comfortable and worth the wait!

Ordered, waited two months with no clear tracking service just pure guessing.
The materials of the underwear are okay, feels like you could go to primark and get the same thing. Although i do note they have some cute designs and unique patterns. The parcel came with a little gift each time and a card. It’s an okay service if you want some cute underwear

I had a query regarding my subscription and payment date and they managed to clear it all up for me within 30 mins! And… without making me feel silly or belittled. This is why I love this little business as they really do take care of their customers and want everyone to have the best experience. :)

I ordered the wrong size bra and was pretty much instantly taken care of by the lovely Jessie and sorted out with the right size sent to me.

Also the underwear that arrived was well wrapped and good quality, a bargain.

I am more than impressed with how Unndr have handled a technical glitch meaning my order wasn’t quite right! They’ve gone above and beyond to handle the problem. I will 100% buy from them again due to how lovely their customer service is! The underwear is also good quality for the price!!

I love this subscription! The sets are sooo nice and they also fit so well, which I have never had before with bras. I am quite small and typically just wear little bralettes, It's an absolute treat so have a surprise set which fits perfectly and looks fab arrive in a cute little box each month! I was confused with the payment/shipping dates at first as it seemed like I paid and then had to wait a long time to receive a set, but the team who responded to my emails querying this have been lovely and have answered all my queries. I highly recommend this subscription xxxx

After ordering a few bits for my wife, Evri lost my parcel. After submitting a request with unndr, I had an email within half an hour, an hour later they had sent out a replacement. The customer service received has been incredible!!

While the people who responded to me from this company were nice and they offered me a refund and a small gift, there is a serious issue with the orders. I ordered a set, and was send the wrong top. I was told I would be sent the right thing along with a small gift (which was nice) but I was send the wrong thing again. My mum then ordered the set again on a new account, but was also sent the wrong thing (the exact same wrong thing that I was send twice).

I love this company and everything it stands for! I’ve just received my first monthly set, and I’m absolutely obsessed.

The quality is definitely there, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the designs.
Through my own fault, I ordered the wrong size, and when I emailed to have future orders amended to the correct size, they responded very quickly and even offered to send me the current set in the right size without me asking.

I’m very excited to see what the December monthly set holds, and I recommend Unndr to all of my friends. It’s a lovely self care bundle in my opinion.

Customer service was great, they responded to me incredibly quickly and processed my returns the same day I contacted them! The set were very pretty and though I worried I got the wrong size, the bras surprisingly fit me!

My only reall problem is that the sizing charts are just a tad confusing! But clearly I got it down.

Hi! I ordered a set and received a wrong size for the bra in the set. The customer service was amazing though and the person that handled my message was super nice and resolved the issue immediately for me! The products are of a nice quality as well!

I have to say that the customer service I received was second to none! After not receiving my parcel due to a courier issue (stupid evri), I emailed them and the person I spoke to has been incredibly lovely! I hadn’t received my parcel from another site for the same issue, and looking at how different the responses to my email just goes to show how rare and personable the brand is. I will definitely shop again and the customer service I received is one of the main reasons. It’s nice to know you’re buying from a brand with real people on the other end!
