The products UpEquity offers are quite complicated and frankly they could do a little better at explaining all the many moving parts up front. But that said, our rep Elena was very responsive to our questions, with rapid and detailed replies. We've only gone through the buying side so far and we'll see how it goes on the selling side. But all in all we can highly recommend the company and its offerings - a great solution to the buy before you sell housing dilemma. A great way to tap your home's equity to make a deal happen.

As a loan officer, utilizing UpEquity and educating clients about the option, has helped open up a lot of opportunities for growth, problem solving, and looking like a Rockstar to my referral partners. They promised to allow our home to be sold on the MLS at retail value for as long as it took them as soon as the interest rates increased and they needed lending money they just fired my agent and liquidated my home for almost 50% of value and then sued me for the 175k difference they say they lost!!!!! It was my home not yours!!!!!

Never use these people or this company a week before my closing they decided not to do the deal which all parties had signed and qualified for / lost the property I was buying and about 10 k in escrow monies would never even speak with these people / see you in the courtroom

They assigned a new loan officer to the company for us and he didn’t do enough research. He was not communicative with us. Ended up loosing out deal and along with that lost our escrow and option money.. terrible service, never even called to apologize for their mistakes.

This was my first experience working with UpEquity. Another realtor in my office had used them and had a very positive experience.
