For the first time in 20 years with this company I was a month late and they shut my power off. Did not receive a notice, then I had to pay a $300 deposit that they will hold onto you for a year. Had to drive to their office because I could not get a hold of anybody in customer service. They may be a member owned company but they do not give a hoot about their members

Well I really don’t like do do this type of change because it take so much of my time and energy but from the first phone call from Michael I felt a instant connection as if I always known him so he took that frustration away from me for the most part. Michel has the patients of a saint be cause I’m a procrastinator and he hung with me through it.

Keifer was honest and upfront from the start. Even though we aren't yet a customer of UPG he did all the work to help us apply for Climate change Levy exemption which has saved us a lot of money. Will be using his services in the future.

Neil whom I dealt with was very knowledgeable and despite his exceptional circumstances called me even when at home to continue his dedication to his role within his job. He has explained the family run ethos they have within there workplace. All I can say is if this is what's happening and its filtering from the top. I wish for the universe & its entire power to aid them in becoming a well established and decent business. Neil is a great addition to any workforce.
