As these are digital assets that are made available for immediate download upon purchase, our policy—as outlined at the time of transaction—states that these materials are non-refundable once access is provided.

Regarding the billing dispute, when a chargeback is initiated, we are required to provide the financial institution with the relevant documentation, including the sign-up records and evidence of digital fulfillment. In this case, the bank reviewed the provided evidence and concluded that the transaction was valid and the digital goods were delivered as described, which resulted in the charge being maintained. We cannot dispute the transaction from our side.

While we understand that you have not had the opportunity to utilize the materials due to your current circumstances, they remain available on your account for whenever you are able to return to your studies. We wish your nephew a steady recovery during this challenging time.
