Sent quickly perfect fit fixed major problem with my car

Great parts; easy ordering; would have liked a notification parts when were shipped and a tracking number

The product arrived damaged. Muffler flange's were bent and actual muffler had a few dents. Parts were good and usable but was disappointed they were damaged.

Good customer service, fast delivery will buy from them again

There were no confirmation numbers sent to my email. There were no notifications of shipping. The catalytic converter was thrown into a box with the various parts that it needs including the gasket and then just stapled shut. No time was spent even thinking about putting packaging in the box with the various parts so that they might not be damaged in shipping. And some of them were. Especially the gasket

All was good price, timely delivery. but never had a tracking # to check.

very good good price shipping can be faster. but all giid

Great part for the price! Quick service!

Quick ordering and fast shipping. Fit perfectly for quick installation.

Once all adjacent parts were properly cleaned, all parts went together without problems. The part all sealed properly restoring how quiet the exhaust used to be.

You need to update your website to allow different addresses for
mailing & shipping.

Great exhaust pipe and muffler! Made my 91 honda sound like a new car at a great price.

The part did not fit as it should. Was one of those things you didn't realize till it was put on. So modifications were needed.
But buying the part was easy and hassle free.

Fast shipping, good prices.

I ordered what was advertised as a Stainless Steel resonator for my 2010 Pontiac G6. The description stated Stainless Steel and “equivalent to walker 21665”. Well I received the resonator and it is not Stainless Steel. This was more that “equivalent to walker 21665” it was a Walker 21665 which is aluminized, not stainless steel. Notified the company and they acknowledged the error and offered an agreed upon refund. Good product and great customer service.
Thank you.

Update:Return policy is horrible they make this process as hard as possible so you give up and forget to Get your money back, steer far from this company this has been ongoing 3 weeks now where they just close your case before sending a return label and still no refunds a week after they received the parts back( No customer service won’t get back to me sent me wrong parts !!!!)

Shipment damaged in transit and now just keeps getting pushed back days over and over

had a good delivery time with the part that I ordered and the main thing is that it was the right part . thanks for your service.
