Customer service is excellent. I called with a question, they were very receptive and answered quickly. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok.

I am soo happy with my ping pong table. its incredibly well made and functional. and people behind the scenes are extraordinary as well

The table is top notch but I did have a couple parts get damaged in transit. Small things like the ball holders and a plastic side panel but when you pay $1,700 for a table, you'd expect vulnerable plastic parts to be better protected than they are. Certainly no complaints about the playing surface!

Awesome service.. My order came ahead of schedule. Would order all my table tennis equipment again from Cornilleau America.. Many Many Thanks..

This company was immediately responsive when a shipping difficulty occurred. They were courteous and prompt even in height of the holidays. The table is of great quality, attractive, easy to assemble, store and move, whether to play inside or outside. Highly recommend.

We patiently waited for our delivery through the Christmas Holiday. This was my son's gift. A day before arrival I received word of delivery and a time frame. It was delivered as noticed and the delivery person was helpful in carrying it with me to the back patio.
Given the size of the package and time of year, we were not disappointed at all by the delay which was truly understandable, especially with the pandemic. The email messages had a package tracking site where we were able to find out progress.
My son is quite handy with putting things together. We identified tools needed then purchased them for about $80. Purchase was needed because the parts were in metric dimensions.
In all, it took about two hours for us to purchase parts and put the outdoor ping-pong set together. It was beautiful and we were able to move it into upright position and cover it (of course, after playing) in short order.
There was no damage to the table and it was carefully packed.

This is the third Cornilleau table for our family. We purchased the 500M because we had been so happy with the 740. I can't overstate the value of having the net mounted independent of the table surface and how much easier that makes opening and closing. Otherwise, all our Conilleau tables have been rock solid and, 10 years later, we don't have any issues at all despite being used by a growing family.

Received product, but it was damaged, dent to table frame.

Great table. Lengthy build

Fast, prompt delivery.

It was a Christmas gift for my grandsons.
High quality table. Fantastic warranty. Delivered in perfect condition. Took about 90 minutes to assemble. Once assembled take down took less than two minutes. Setup took about two minutes. We just love it.

Table is great so far. Great bounce & love how easy it is to commute around outdoors. First table that was sent was damaged but Cornilleau quickly sent a replacement out which arrived one week later. Direction weren't as cut and dry as I expected them to be but using the video on YouTube was able to put together in about 90 min. Would recommend for anyone looking to buy a table.

We received out 250S CROSSOVER OUTDOOR Table ($1000) two weeks ago. It arrived via Estes shipping in 6 days. Table was in perfect condition. Two of us used the assembly video on the table Web and successfully assembled the table in 90 minutes per the video. We also used the instructions that came with table on paper. Some of the drilled holes on the silver metal struts were not machined properly, a quick file with rat tail file fixed that. Otherwise it went together easily. We have skills and tools. Did you know there are outdoor and indoor paddles? We played with inexpensive indoor paddles till the Cornilleau outdoor paddles arrived the following week. We prefer the Softbat so far. We also got Nexeo X70. Get a box of balls, it is easier than chasing just a few balls constantly while players' skills improve :). The gray top was not available. We are happy with orange balls on blue surface. The table cover is worth it. We level the table with pieces of wood in addition to the levelers on the legs depending on where we are playing that is quicker. If you can afford the next table up consider it seriously. I think we might have been happy with a better table because our skills are returning very quickly. Happy with all aspects of Cornilleau USA: Web site, customer service, and shipping. Ping pong has added both fitness and fun. We play inside the garage on slightly uneven concrete and outside on gravel driveway, depending on weather. Table is easy and safe to roll into position, drop down both sides, and start playing. Net stays in place and is easy to adjust tension.

The table is excellent, but you had to provide tools for it, and not asked us to spend another $50 for all necessary tools.

Purchased a outdoor table tennis table from Cornilleau America online. The table comes as expected and timely. The delivery is good. Although the table is quite heavy, and there are some scratches and small damages on the cardboard, but the table inside is well packaged and there is no damages or scratches on it. The quality of the table is also as expected, the ball bounces quite good.

Outstanding product and support. Great communication. Prompt and safe shipping.

Flawless purchase experience, smooth delivery for an excellent product!
Thank you!
