I was a bit worried ordering from a French company, but I shouldn’t have been. Logistics based in the US was surprisingly quick! An initial order was place hastily and needed to be cancelled but no troubles there. I would definitely order from Cornilleau again. Great quality too!

The spray does not work to bring the table top finish back to acceptable condition / refurbished state. Our top is blue and completely faded!

I need help putting this thing together. I get very little other than email correspondence. It’s obviously going to be amazing but I’m not getting the help I need. Also the names of the pieces in the print (or pdf) instructions aren’t the same names of the pieces on the instructional video.

We had some minor setbacks like paddles not delivered, some of the legs of table scratched up and one of the table tops dented from transport. But with that said its not if something goes wrong it's whether or not one addresses the issues and in a timely manner. They have been great with Replacements on the items. The table looks great and we excited for the delivery so we can get the table set up. Darlene has been wonderful addressing the issues, thank you for that.

Was delivered with a ripped box and dents. I sent it back and then customer support called me and told me to take it and they would replace parts. I then was told I needed to call the carrier and schedule another drop off time. I called and was on hold for an hour before I then attempted to leave a message and was cut off and dropped. Eventually it was worked out over email and delivered. I decided to just build it and it was functional though the paint is scraped and a part of a bar is dented.

Overall the table itself is great quality and I love playing on it but it’s a shame I paid so much and there are some aesthetic problems with it and I had to spend hours to receive. Oh, also it took 3+ hours to construct. Now I enjoy it but it was a lot of effort on top of a high price point.

There were crucial parts missing!! I called first thing Monday and emailed to get replacement parts and it took you guys over a week to send me what I needed to get my net set up. I thought that was pretty lame considering we spent $2000 on the table, spent four hours putting it together only to find out you left out the pieces for the net to be attached which rendered the table useless, then you couldn’t get us the parts we need it in time for the next weekend. They came the following Tuesday in a box that said priority mail which was pretty ironic since you guys took your sweet old time sending us what we needed

The ping pong table arrived damaged so It was refused. I sent an email on a Saturday and promptly got a reply that another would be shipped. It arrived on 3 days later! Amazing service!

Placed order and follow-up info was excellent. Had a problem with a missing cover which was addressed immediately along with all pre-requisite and efficient customer service.

Table arrived quickly and in good condition. It took about an hour to put together. Exactly what we were hoping for.
